I'll avoid discussing the technical details because nobody wants to understand them anyway. In my personal opinion, this isn't a real "crack", I'd prefer to call it a "method," "bypass," or something similar. Essentially, this method disables a range of PC security features to bypass Denuvo. The following are disabled:
Memory Integrity (HVCI): Runs checks to detect malicious or at least unexpected modifications of Windows kernel code and restricts suspicious kernel memory allocations.
Credential Guard: Stores access credentials, such as passwords, authentication data, biometric data etc. in an isolated environment.
Windows Hello: Allows you to log in with convenient methods like a short PIN, facial recognition or fingerprint scan...
System Guard (Secure Launch): An advanced system hardening framework that protects the OS boot process and System Management Mode (SMM, commonly used by the BIOS to run hardware configuration software) from (arguably sophisticated) rootkits...
****** Is it safe? ******
Yes, it is safe (and unsafe), see below.
It's safe: these Hypervisor releases don't contain viruses or malware, as they come with source code and have been verified.
So what is unsafe? By relying on this method, in the future we may see many crackers releasing their own versions of "Hypervisor" because it's quite easy to do and works with most games. Because of this, in the future, some malicious crackers will inject malware into their "Hypervisor" releases and distribute them. If someone uses an infected "Hypervisor" release, their PC will be ruined. But that certainly won't happen anytime soon, because at least they need to build trust :D. Again, the current releases (on this website) have been verified as safe, so you don't need to worry.
So what other reasons could there be for unsafe? Well, there are still some. The issue we need to focus on now, as I said, isn't viruses, it's software conflicts. Hypervisor is still in the experimental stage and is not yet stable. Some software may conflict after you use Hypervisor (Hypervisor will disable some Windows/PC features). In the worst case, you will have to readjust the settings (for example, manually re-enable Windows security features, etc.).
****** Who should and shouldn't use it? ******
If your PC isn't primarily used for work => you can try it.
If your PC doesn't contain any important data => you can try it.
If your PC is only used for gaming => let's go! :D
If you're a coder and using this PC => don't try this. My team tested it on about 15 different PCs, and 2 of them currently can't launch or are experiencing errors when running some of our tools. This might be due to a conflict with something during the disabling process. I'll try to find out the cause later.
"Hypervisor" is currently only in the experimental stage, so if it doesn't work for you, that's normal. But most of the time it will work.
****** Notes after use? ******
Since you've disabled your PC's security features, you're more susceptible to viruses from other sources (e.g., while browsing the web). Therefore, I recommend undoing the changes (re-enabling security features) after you've finished playing the game. To do this, run the "VBS.cmd" file again (with "Run as Administrator"), select the "Revert" option (by pressing key 3).
Cane we stuff all of the Hypervisor releases into their own separate category so I don't have to scroll through 50 things I'll never download for ever one that I will?
so i refrain for now since you mention it still new and unstable. btw i really hope you be able to make a periodically updated news about this hypervisor progress and tagged it again if you're able to. it would help alot. thanks
Yes and even without the net, you don't know what other crap they hid in the game files that will nest in your PC, waiting for an active internet connection.
The code is open source, you can look at it yourself if it worries you so much. IGG admins have done that and assure us that there is nothing harmful in the HV code
The most important question for me is another one.... with the advent of this new method, could we say goodbye to the classic crack? I personally wouldn't risk my hardware, which I'd bought with great effort for a game.
1 quick addition to this - if you're trying to use a wireless keyboard for the startup command (F7), connect the keyboard with a cable or use a wired one, otherwise it won't work if it's using blue-tooth connection. My example is with Logitech Pro X TKL.
is 2 out of those 15 computer, are the software that can't launch anymore is a coding tool such as vs Code? have they tried Re-Install Windows and tried is it working again or the effect permanent?
I understand that, bro. But as far as I know, with the hypervisor method, you're allowing it to directly interfere with the drivers of PC hardware like the CPU, memory, etc. So reinstalling the OS afterward is pointless, which is why so many people complain about this method.
"allowing it to directly interfere with the drivers of PC hardware like the CPU, memory, etc. So reinstalling the OS afterward is pointless"
this specific info NEEDS to be in the instruction notes listed in red that is posted on every hypervisor download page. i did not learn that would be the case until just i happened to find this comment.
so if someone ran a hypervisor one time, then reset the changes after playing, and everything is working fine and they never run it again... there is still something permanently changed on the hardware that cannot be restored AND is possibly going to cause major problems at some point in the future?
The only thing HV itself changes is disabling Windows hypervisor, Virtualization-based Security (VBS) and its dependent features including Memory Integrity, Credential Guard, System Guard and the Windows Hello (PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition) protection and driver signature enforcement. Once you run VBS.cmd a second time all of this is changed back to how it was, nothing is permanent, period.
He typed "as far as i know", but he doesn't know. He is mixing windows with pc, windows is windows, software, pc is a hardware, hardware needs software/windows. Changes are on windows level. You can not change anything permanently on hardware level. Only temporary from windows environment. So i dont know why is he typing PC all the time, it's just WINDOWS. Really wtf with knowledge about computers here. Scaring people for nothing. I am playing Hypervisor games for a week now and everything is fine.
You're absolutely right, buddy. But in case some others might be confused, this release doesn't contain viruses or anything like that. The only thing you need to worry about is that it might conflict with some Windows software.
I'm having trouble installing this game. Every time I click 'Install,' the window pops up for a split second and then disappears. I'm stuck and not sure what to do next. Can anyone help? My install path is D:\Games\Black Myth Wukong
Yesterday everthing was just fine and i could play the game. today when i wanted to start the game nothing really happend. i could see the process for 3 sec in taskmanager and thats it. eventlog says the following:

voices have some big balls doing this, not even RUNE who is also an experienced cracker cross the line lets hope it doesnt end like empress who wants credit for it or gets caught like they did to voksi
But this is exactly what we need in the industry, to show companies that Denuvo isn't worth it. And it's already working. The upcoming Star Wars Galactic Racing game had Denuvo and removed it. Hopefully more companies will follow suit
Its not even deepening their pockets but rather being out of touch with the playerbase. They treat them like cattle or think this is like the real estate industry or something.
It can very easily be a waste of money, there is a flat fee appx 126k euro with a monthly fee of 2k euro after that. It is also a known problem that denuvo inhibits the performance of games and causes many people to not buy the game just for that reason. Besides the fact that many people treat piracy as an advanced demo so they see if they like the game before buying.
Not when the Hypervisor bypasses are in play. It doesn't matter how many people actually use it, even if it's just one companies regard that as a lost sale. And yeah, I know about that supposed deal Irdeto is going to have with Microsoft regarding driver signature enforcement but no one has any idea when or even IF such a deal is going to happen(If it does, a lot of people will stop using windows period since a lot of people run unsigned drivers for whatever purposes)
This is crack or bypass, it seems like hyper-v solution. Well, What I heard from IGG is that IGG will not upload unsafe games. What is this situation? Under pressure from other sites (Edit: Many other sites they have it, as one of the biggest pirate site, they don't have it. Is it quite weird?)? Leave decision to the downloader?
What you don't know is I talked to the admin about Denuvo games using hyper-v to be bypassed a few weeks ago. They said they would not upload bypass games, they would only upload safe and cracked games. Also they warned that, it is quite dangerous if you do not familiar to your machine using hyper-v. By the way, luckily, currently I am not interested in those Denuvo games as I had played many very similar genre games before Denuvo was born. I am just curious why they made a decision like this. IGG did many good things and I appreciate it, I do not offend them.
What likely convinced them is this new version which doesn't require totally disabling crucial security features. I'd love to play some of these but I can buy them if I need to, I also code on my computer so I don't really want to fiddle with the kernel, especially with something as relatively untested as this.
Well, this new method has been using for a while when I talked to admin. Maybe they were testing or else, the moment I talked to them. They said they would not upload those games.
Nah, i love IGG, byuing games these days ar bad choice, most of them are broken, non playable, even boring, i usually get games here, if i love it i buy it, if i dont like it, i am happy that i didnt buy it, many games are sneaky, first 2 hours they are interesting and action full, but after certain point, its not great anymore. I am glad that IGG guys trying new ways, and thanks for heads up for risks, please update us with new developments fo this bypass, of course saftey first, in worst case, if you want to play, prepare pc for game, put all important files in external drive, put pc for back up, then if bios gets dmg, then idk :D at least you got your files safe :)
After playing it, I finally understand why it didn't win Game of the Year. Halfway through, I was already very bored and uninstalled the game. Aside from its beautiful graphics, there was almost no fun at all; it was just swinging a stick randomly and dodging. The variation in stick skills is minimal, and soon I felt a complete lack of enjoyment. You definitely won't get the excitement of shouting 'HA!!!!!!!' from the bottom of your heart during a maelle counterattack like you do in 'Expedition 33.' If a game lacks its own unique fun, then it's nothing more than a basic attack and sightseeing simulator
Please stop replacing already cracked games with this Hypervisor shit. Is there anybody out there dumb enough downloading these? Nobody wants this shit. So please keep the OG cracked versions.
No one is replacing anything. This game is STILL NOT CRACKED. Once an actual crack comes out then it will be uploaded here. "Nobody wants this shit" I beg to differ
This is not an already cracked game. This is a game with Denuvo which is very hard to crack, and only a few people on the planet who do crack Denuvo games. There are only like 2 games that use this method.
man, i really want to play this but i dont want to compromise my pc
& to any1 who says "just buy the game if u cant handle the risk bro", i would but around 2020, thx to my country's infinite wisdom the central bank has deemed most online games stores as scam site. so now, no bank wants to do transaction with steam. & yes, there as been push back but the govt. is resisting.
Kinguin accepts bitcoin and litecoin, they're a reputable keyseller I've used for years. But I guess that also depends on if your banks let you buy cryptocurrency.
idk what country but you say paypal is not working in your country? or revoult /wise. or skirll, its strange. about this method its nice way to test game, the developers start make toturials long to no one can test game in 2 hours. its good way to test. i just want know if this method can run on linux.
my country is 1 of the every few countries in the world(lucky me!!!!!!!!!!!!!) that has a strict foreign exchange regulation. which is a no go 4 paypal.
obligatory FUCK politics! & i never said it was a bad thing that hypervison exists. i just think its way too early to completely trust/use it. as i understand it & it's said in the pinned comment, its still in the experimental stage.
u know how the old saying goes, "better safe than sorry"
Yes, they probably will. Denuvo has access to the kernel. Frankly a single update from them could probably stop this for all new games, or at least require a new version of the Hypervisor workaround. But, it won't affect these games which already exist, obviously.
Quite an interesting story about a monkey who became a King of his kind and went on to defy the Gods and Demi-Gods of the realms because he believed that no one should be servant to self-inflated masters. Afterall, every true pirate understands what freedom is about.
The game feels like a shiny well cut diamond glistening in the water, reflecting sunlight in every shades of color to the silky wind.
After looking on forums about this, I found a fix, setting your PC date to the 26th or earlier will allow the game to load. I had this issue myself, changed the date on my PC and it loaded fine
Hey, do me a favor, try setting your PC's clock back to March 31st, see if the game launches. Reports on reddit say it does but best confirm it anyway, which I can't do since I don't have the game yet
Anyone having problem with launching the game? Launched it the first time and it worked fine, for the second time, it appeared on task manager and then exit right away, I've tried uninstall the game and reinstall it but it's still not working
Installing a modified hypervisor is no trivial matter. This type of software operates at an extremely low level within the system, with privileges comparable to those of the computer’s kernel. It has full access to the machine.
Drivers and programs running at this level can access all system resources, including memory, files, and processes.
This level of access is generally reserved for critical components of the operating system.
When this type of program comes from an unknown source, the risks are enormous.
To put it simply: when you grant a tool access to critical components, you allow it to bypass all Windows security measures and other protections on the PC, making it extremely vulnerable.
Having an issue with installing the game. When I try to extract the iso from part1, it says it's corrupted and won't mount so I can install it. I tried all the links for part 1 and none of them allow me to extract in order to install the game :(
mine just pop up for 3s and then there was nothing, couldn't play the game, driver's update... crack fixed installed... changed the date... nothing seem to work :/
Does anyone know if this game got nerfed? It feels very easy, I got through the first chapter without a single death and I suck at these kinds of games. I remember when I first saw it, it looks WAY harder
The Wandering Wight you mean? Yeah I had a bit of trouble with that one too, him and the secret boss of chapter 1(Currently looking for secrets in chapter 2)
yes, wandering wight "big head baby" which if you google that, youll come right to the wandering wight lol im unsure if i triggered a secret boss in chapter 1, i honestly havent played much and was invested in crimson desert pretty deeply steams says 300 hours so idk.. but been doing SMD work lately and setting up a proper bench. if the gov is gonna ban the shit, ill make my fuckin own.
You have to find and ring three bells to trigger the secret boss in chapter 1. The bells are pretty well hidden and two of them are behind extra bosses. Once you ring all three you get teleported to the area with the secret boss. Actually worth visiting if not just for the store which is the only store in chapter 1 that sells silk with you need to forge armors
Anyone having issues with Steam's deadzone and anti-deadzone settings for controllers not being applied in Voices38's games i.e. re9 and wukong? The crack is ignoring all the settings.
I never got a chance to even try the game. First attempt today and as many others say - Every attempt fails. Simply won't start the game. In the log file in AppData/Local/b1 there are a bunch of errors. I hope he fixes it.
The person cracking them is starting to crack all denuvo games. They are starting with the backlog of denuvo games that don't need constant updates and day one patches, etc. So expect games from the last few years to be cracked first and yes, we do know who cracked it :) our hero.
I just want to know, if unlucky my pc got infected by viruses (i mean i downloaded other software from other sites), then if i reinstall windows can solve these problems?
if you got infected by viruses you would need a clean installation of windows from a different drive altogether (meaning the installation files don't come from the drive that is infected with viruses and the affected drive would need to be purged beforehand, cause if you reinstall windows for example using a image backup of windows there is an extremely high probability it is also infected depending of the type of virus you got on your drive)
You don't need to use hypervisor for this game. There is already assets of the entire game and it's DLC for download, and all you need is to install the demo of SMT V on Steam, then copy the assets to the SMT V steam folder.
I don't Intend to play Wukong, I was browsing and was shocked to see RE:Requiem on Piratebay so I just had to download it. Actually I downloads sonic racing because it was a smaller game just to see if it even installs.
It's great there's a solution to this Denuvo filth but honestly this early on I'm not touching anything that operates on the system on low-level code, especially not on this PC. Maybe in the future I can try it on a Windows laptop but unfortunately the GPU in that is no good for modern games, so not much point in doing it. Anyway +1 to Crackers and for gamers, keep it up.
How to handle error code 577 "Failed to start service denuvo" DSE (Driver Signature Enforcement) appears to be on. Does it mean Hypervisor crack is not installed or running?
Sources say yes. Disable internet, run the hypervisor script (VBS.cmd), play game, revert hypervisor, re-enable internet. Read roosevelt2362's comment for more accurate information.
No f way ....what this one too!!!???...well i will still wait for patches n tweaks cuz the start up process seems "weird n shady" for 130 gigs...but ty anyway IGG and roosevelt2362
It won't happen i'm afraid, patching denuvo is way harder than before, the best way is either not bother play it or just use hypervisor on your separate computer, luckily i'm not interested in most denuvo games.....so far

Does it mean Hypervisor crack is not installed or running?
cant play
You can find it by searching it :
Start menu ( Virus & Threats ) -> ( Protection History )
just try to restore it.
BTW.. it may deleting the same file again & again :)
most of the stuff i downloaded they have denuvo removed
might take time tho but the wait will worth it
RE4 did and i still play it
