The whole game actually has a MAJOR amount of LGBTIA+ nonsense poured into it. Everyone is so freaking horny regardless of the gender you are. Not shoved in my face!? Did we play the same game? Aylin she-hulk's out on that dread stone reject and soon after she stops us mid-dialogue only to devour Isobelle's mouth like she hasn't got freedom just waiting for her. Follow that up with that camp scene and what do you get? Also, you can't romance Shadow Heart if you don't save Aylin since she chooses to sacrifice her to Shar. I don't know if any changes happened since my initial playthrough (dropped it after the protector turns out to be Squidward lite edition).

That file simply points to the file "\Brimstone\Binaries\Win64\Brimstone-Win64-Shipping.exe", so you can launch it directly from Brimstone-Win64-Shipping.exe

Edit : Starting Steam before launching it work
- Have you tried launching it as "Run as Administrator"?
- Try opening Steam, then launching the game.
Let me know if that works.
