Oh. Did you type the right path? It should be Half.Sword and then the game folder. What i did was download the game, then the 01.31 update then the 02.05 update.
Hey man, you have to deactivate real time protection while installing , transferring files. If you check your winrar, you'll see you're missing the actual .exe file it needs which antivirus deletes.
This game's EA is one of the most disappointing EAs i've ever touched. They keep doing FX/visual fixes instead of fixing core issues with the game's controls. Not worth the buy, hardly worth the download. Just play the demo.

It detected the right files but it did not work the whole time until I only changed the folder name to Half.Sword.
Try it if u get stupid errors while patching with rollback errors
