If I were you I would wait for this game to be patched, patches are up already. There are some major story arcs that are bugged leading to unpreventable deaths.
considering how much i love open world and story driven/changes matter games.. cant believe i never heard of these titles before. (these meaning the other 2 games that came before it). for sure something i gotta check out.. although, i am curious to if "not playing the previous titles will make much difference"???
In short Pathologic 1 has three MC (for three playthrough of whole game). Pathologic 2 you play as one of the three MCs, and the story is remake of first game. Pathologic 3 you play as another MC's from the first game, but with different gameplay focus.
