I'm getting error 0xc0000412 whenever I try to start the game.

i have a problem every time i go to any oof the character selection screen the game auto chose the chars and the stage and then the chars dont move in the traninig mode the comand back down arrow + abcd alwasy is been input and i cant play what can i do?

Can I still run this if my graphics card is the only thing that doesn't meet the minimum? It's just a 2D game, I can run games like black desert just fine.
