I have discovered how to do it, first you have to download a software that opens MDF and MDS, the one I selected was MagicISO, then, you will open the program, find the "Tool" button in the top part of it and select convert option, there you will need to select the MDF archive so that the program can convert it into ISO, open the ISO with the windows explorer or whatever program you want to use and you're good to go.

Just a heads up, the game may crash at random moments ( happened 3 times with me ), but nothing serious, just start it again.

is there any way you can mount it as a image like right click on it and click mount image/drive ?
