these downloads are not working anymore please, reupload to mega

The game won't install and/or load properly. It says it needs Direct X 9, which is outdated. I have Direct X 12. Every time I try to install the game or click on it's icon to play, a black screen appears with a neverending blue loading circle where my mouse pointer is. I have to use the task manager to sign out. End task doesn't work, the game just over-rides the screen & won't let me use the end task program. Can't use esc either.
