Next time just type ".exe" in the explorer search bar (located in the top right corner of your screen)

haha, maybe you missed the first dot in the ".exe" string. People sometimes forget that. BTW, search explorer is not good since win11. I don't know why, but sometimes it can't search for exact phrases. Although with win7, win10, it searches very accurately, and even faster
