4/18/20 - Downloaded the files through Uptobox on my Potato PC(CPU: Intel i5-3470 3.20GHz with 4 gb ram, GPU: Intel HD Graphics, 1.7gb). The Launcher only displays graphics configuration and the "Launch" button in it doesn't work. I even tried running it as administrator. When I click the actual game .exe file it only showed what deziliveDD has screenshotted below. Will update and run the game files on my Acer Nitro laptop tomorrow.
I think it's your internet speed's or CPU fault. Mine downloaded fast. edit: I take back what I said. Only 'premium' members of the download site can install directly both parts.
If any one of you had the problem where the game would crash during the intro, just copy everything to the launcher, then from the launcher turn off the anti-aliasing(MSAA). Worked for me, maybe it will work for you as well.

Thankyou so much! I used my old method of downloading the required dll file from the net. Which failed drastically giving a C++ error. So I followed your steps and it was working in a second :) Appreciate the help!
Permission not granted for writing to the system directory -- try again with administrator acces :/ I did it but its useless, its impossible to let oalinst.exe run :/
I've got a problem as soon as I click New Game the application crashes. I have directx 11 and I've got a i7 processor. Also, clicking launch via the launcher starts nothing up. Already tried running as admin and the suggest to run "oanlinst.exe" below. Could anyone help ASAP. Thanks
I got no problems with my i7 6th gen. and GeForce GTX- 970. Memory 16.0 GB, 64-Bit. Good games like Battle Field, Doom, C.O.D, Duke etc. are always written for computers 3 years in the future to come, I don’t know why? Then u play relaxing.
I recommend to not playing this game if you havent played the pre-quels to this! They are named "999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors" (for Nintendo DS and Apple iOS) and "Virtue's Last Reward" (playable on Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita). Edit: also if you happen to have the money, please buy this game! Kotaro Uchikoshi, aswell as nearly the whole fanbase, fought for this game for 3 whole years to become reality. It is a master piece amongst the visual novels that are out there and DESERVES the respect and the money of each person, but if that happens or not is completely up to you :3

Found out the issue. My graphics card does not support DirectX 11 and you need to for the game to be playable :( Eu encontrei o problema . Minha placa de vídeo não suporta DirectX 11 e que você precisa para o jogo para ser jogado :c
It's amazing and for a visual novel game, I would say the graphics are pretty good. I played through the first 2 games recently and you need to play them in order for everything to make sense. Lots of secrets you dont want to spoil or it just kind of ruins the fun. Think what you want but going from pixel sprites ds graphics to a ps vita/3ds game graphics to this really isn't bad at all.
Shit man the graphics are shit, that's that. Textures are bad, lip syncing is bad, models are bad. When I saw the preview I was disappointed but you forget about it when you play. That doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad game, it's a fantastic game.
If you didn't play the two previous games I'm not sure you gonna like this one. In short, it's a dark visual novel / puzzle game about 9 people trapped by someone and force to play the nonary game (the rules changes with the edition of the nonary game). You will read a lot in this game and if it's like the two zero escape before this one it's gonna be a real mess to understand. But this game feel more darker than Zero escape 1 ("9 hours, 9 persons, 9 doors") and Zero escape 2 ("Zero escape : Last virstue's reward"). I think you need to play Zero escape 2 to understand what gonna happen, I'm sure this is the prequel of Zero escape 2 and gonna be the conclusion of why we were doing the nonary game in the previous opus. Graphic gonna suck, I'm sure of it but I'm not playing for that, I'm looking for the story, the character developement and the atmosphere. Don't hesitate to check the opening of Zero escape 1 and zero escape 2 to see how is the atmosphere of the game. Or just play this one instead if your curious, for myself, I know I'm gonna freaking love this game. =) Well, have fun if you try it. And hope for you brain to not explode while playing this game. =D

put all the files in the launcher folder it will work and you can change the graphic options.
