does anyone here have the same problem? help it's not working for me. do you guys have any idea how to solve this. it seems it's locating a file which is not included on this game. please help.
I don't know why the setup keeps failing... Try downloading the 2017 one too and see if it installs... Otherwise if you encounter problems like this in other programs too then I suggest you upgrade to Windows 10...
First uninstall the Visual C++ shown in screenshot then go to Windows Updates and check for updates... After that go to this link to download Visual C++ 2015 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads and install it.... Then try installing Grisaia again... Also a video is on YouTube if you simply Google the error code
First make sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 installed ... If you don't have it download and install it from Microsoft website and problem should be solved... If you already have it installed try to repair it (click on change by selecting it from the control panel installed programs list)... If it doesn't work try to download the file mentioned directly (just google "api-ms-win-crt...." and download it from dll-files then paste it in installation directory
