On behalf of IGG-Games.com [admin], I have the daunting task of informing the rest of our community here that the crack for this MMO game is no longer viable [working] due to the increased amount of updates and upgraded online DRM measures implemented by the dev which were gradually, officially [retail] released on Steam over the course of the last eight years (As an example, if you'll refer to the old "NOTE:" in red lettering above in the upper part of this game page, you can see that one of those DRM measures long ago had defeated the save game function of the cracked game). Thus it has now come to the point that this game's crack in its current state, is obsolete and no longer viable for playing this game (This can be attested by member "Silvexx" who with his machine that was already updated with the latest graphics card, MS DirectX, MS Visual C++ runtime and MS .Net Framework drivers, recently applied the crack prior to 02/11/24 and tried unsuccessfully to launch this game which resulted with the game appearing to be non-responsive [Nothing seemed to have happened]). 😐
The "unlocked" [Full Steam rip] game itself is still viable but now requires a "proper" [working] crack to make it playable, so for those who do not already have the game, you can still download the spanned [multi-part] WinRAR archive parts for the game and wait patiently for a "proper" crack to be released sometime in the [undetermined] future to make this game playable once again. Those who already have the WinRAR archive files are advised to not delete but to just keep them, if applicable [If you've already deleted the files then you can still download them from any available third party file hoster listed in this game page]. Hey, you never know when good fortune will strike - Perhaps one day, a "small time", obscure, new Scene or P2P group might pick up this project and eventually release a "proper" crack for it and thus make a good start towards building fame for themselves within the Scene or P2P! You never know. But you have to have the "unlocked" files first in anticipation of a "proper" crack, so that you can be one of the "First kids on your block" to be able to play the cracked version of this game again ASAP!

this version is long outdated and i'm yet see any new versions that are cracked flying around so i don't think it's ever gonna get cracked again. Shame though, i would've loved to play the pc version. Guess i'll just have to settle for the android version till get enough money to afford it.

Of course it won't. The latest (crack) version is 1.9.3. And even that recently stopped working. This uses the old Steamworks fix, while the 1.9.3 had the latest Steamworks fix. I'm thinking that the Steamworks fix allows this game to connect to cracked servers via games such as Payday2 Demo and Gocco of War Demo. It uses those demos to connect via Steam and use their multiplayer features to "make a server" for cracked Dead by Daylight. But if those games update, the systems that allows DBD to connect to them needs to be updated as well. Sadly, we just need to wait for someone to crack this again so we could play it.

Umm, dude, you're raging at a crack... something that is completely illegal and risky to do, but the scene groups still do for you, Buy the game if you want an easy solution, it's only 5-10 bucks on sales. A working version may not even come out. Also, the region in steam is Moscow, is changed in download settings, it's the only server with at least 5-10 ppl in it so that's why it tells you to do it. Stop being butthurt and take what's given...

Yeah it's working, but you need to start downloading payday 2 demo (and stop right after start), after that you need to change your region to russia moscow in steam settings (it doesn't change your language), and that's all :)

matrix, You need to cancel it, after a min or so of downloading, not stop/pause it... any multiplayer crack that's out these days is using it. It's called the "spacewar" multiplayer fix, idk what's the official crack name... point is- it needs the files that payday 2 downloads and doesn't remove after cancelled installation to work. So, I'm interested to know why there's advert files for IGG games in the downloads you're citing, but yet here we are on IGG and these files are not on THIS page here on the DBD page from IGG... Additionally, the EAC seems to have a problem with the way the game was re-packed because it halts saying there are invalid files in various folders that shouldn't be there.

Startet to install payday 2 demo and stopped the installation. Then navigated to the folder and deleted it. Launcher.exe -> error from screenshot. Even after installing: Dead.by.Daylight.Steamworks.Fix.V35 i am getting the same error(v1.8.2d & DLC).

The directions really mean start the download for a few seconds (at least a few MBs) then, uninstall delete it. After that I got your game needs to be updated to 1.6.2... Anyone have the update?
I got same issue, then I found the Payday 2 demo, (ultimate edition) and downloaded part of it then uninstalled it. Now I just get the game needs to be updated to 1.6.2. BTW you got to use launcher.exe to play
It works for me, so whatever the problem you have is, try reinstalling it again. Even while working properly, it's really hard to find a game since not a lot of people play it (whether it's as a survivor or a killer).
You never needed to extract all the parts. Let's say you start from nothing: You extract ONLY the first part, and then add all the cracks on top of each other (in order of course) with copy & replace, even if it seems there are a lot of them. (And make sure your anti-virus doesn't screw the Launcher.exe, even the Windows itself didn't let me run it so i had to allow it in a bunch of places. They think the launcher is a "harmful software".)
No, the 3 cracks you downloaded from MEGA are .rar files, you need to extract them away from the folder of the game (ex. Desktop). You'll get a folder with the same name as the .rar file, then just click & drag the extracted folder on top of the folder containing the first part of the game. (Do not mess up the order of the cracks, it may not work, use them as I posted above, in specific order). So this is the way I did it: -Download the first link to Desktop, extracted it to Desktop, click and drag it on top of Dead by daylight folder with the game (just 1 part, the other parts do not need to be exctracted) -Download second link to Desktop, extracted it, click and drag again and so on, same thing repeats for the 3rd part EVEN if you did everything correctly, you have to start downloading Payday 2 Demo for about 5MB, and then delete it from steam. (<---EDITED)

That's what I figured out, if you OWN Payday 2, there is no way you can download the demo at all, that's the reason you'd have to create a new steam account, instead of using your main, plus i wouldn't risk playing cracked games on the main account. Before i got payday 2 i had played the demo, therefore i have the thing Dead by Daylight needs, but it takes a few seconds of logic to figure out that something "fishy" is going on if you can't download Payday 2 demo, but you are playing it.
I followed your steps and the game works now, thank you. :) I have a question: Is it possible to play "Kill your friends" or "Survive with your friends"? Since it launches Payday 2 Demo on steam, i decided that it would be better to create a new steam account just for this, but then you can't have friends if you haven't made a purchase with that steam account. (same thing stands for my friends they use another account). In-game it shows you the steam invite screen, but we can't invite anyone since we can't add friends. Also, on my main steam account, I OWN Payday 2, and therefore I cannot download or play Payday 2 DEMO, which means if i play the game that way, a ban isn't too far away from me.

Hello. I have downloaded DEAD BY DAYLIGHT and in the rar file is no crack. I have already everything checked but its nowhere. And when I lauch the game, I get taken to the Steam page. Because in the game is not that crack. I know that. But I cant find the crack in the rar. And the crack is not already applied, as if it was, then the game will me not get to the Steam page. Or ? So apparently, Payday 2 is required for this to work, but, one, installing the demo doesn't seem to fix it, and two, if the full Payday 2 game is needed, then that defeats the purpose of having cracked THIS game.

It seems to work, but an issue remains: Whenever I launch the game, it goes through the loading screen and recent updates. Then, a notice comes up saying that my Steam is offline, even though Steam is running properly, and then the game closes.

i found the download region where have a certain number of players : Russian-Vladivostok. But better watch for your ping too,its may cause lag to other players.

Alright, another problem. Anytime I create a lobby nobody is able to join it. I asked two people from my friendlist on Steam, they both tried and both got "No matches found" as a result, even though my lobby is there open & waiting for victims. Just one random guy joined in the period of 50 minutes, but nobody else did. What's wrong? I can't finish my two daily quests because of that, and I can't even cancel them.
If some of the IGG admins could answer, it'd be great. So, as you probably know, there's an update coming tomorrow - this means that we'll have to re-download the game. The thing is - won't our savefiles be removed then? If so, is there a way to backup them? I'm only lvl8 on Claudette, but it still did take some time to reach it and I wouldn't want to lose it.
You don't need to use any "hacked save file" the game saves automatically, why you need then? Ah, i know, you can't play without your perks, anyway, try by your self! Remember, doesn't matter the level, ability is needed!
You just find it on Steam then click "Download Demo for PC" or something like that, it should be on the right side. Then you just pause/cancel it as soon as it starts downloading :)

i made an account just to tell you and the others haha. when you are looking at "Payday2" on steam check the right hand side. just under "View Your Queue" you'll see "Download PC Demo" and BOOM :)
The game/steam will recognize you're playing "payday 2 demo", not spacewar. And if you don't download and cancel payday 2 demo, you will not be able to play online! :D

Yes, I had the same problem. You need to start downloading payday 2 demo on steam, then cancel it and delete local content. After this use the Launcher, steam should then say you are playing payday 2 demo. I hope this helps :)

Guys, don't download, the "multiplayer with random peoples" aren't working, you can play only with your friends, if the game don't crash or close. REQUEST A UPDATE OR FIX, because the game is already in 1.0.5!!! If you use a steamfix, doesn't matter the version, the game will save, but, will close randomly.

I did all of these steps but game do not save progress. So I use steamworks fix v3 universal and again game crashed sometimes in game with killer and sometimes in menu. It is possible solve this problem ?

Just extract the steamworks fix v3 to the game folder. You can find the link in the previous comment. And delete the previous version of steamworks if you extracted one in your game folder. If you want to make the launcher.exe working( launching the game with the launcher will alloe you to save your progress) download payday2 demo, stop the download and delete local files of the payday 2 demo. It's a good idea to download a fresh copy of the game and then extract the steamworks fix v3 if you have a good internet to make the extracting easier and to avoid further problems.
A friend told me they opened Steam overlay before pressing any button to start the game, it fixed their not logged into Steam issue. Its only a chance this may work or not, up to anyone to try it

For me still do not work. 1.When I launch game with dead by daylight.exe I do not have problem with steam connection but I click create lobby and game immediately crashed. 2. Yes both of them I extracted first version steamworks fix When I install game and the second time teamworks fix v3 universal now. ...but files which were identical I replaced them. So I think it does not matter.
Tested it. The first version of steamworks fix caused the crash. U can find out which files that u should replace with the original files, and then extract the steamworks fix v3. Or you can download a fresh copy and copy the steamworks fix v3 or try each steamworks fixes( don't put both steamworks fixes, because u wil not know which one is working, when i used the first version it caused my game crash, but it might be different for each pc.)

That's odd because Im not told that I have no internet connection. I can invite my friends to play with me on Steam and such and it will say I'm playing PayDay 2 Demo. But it does act as if I don't have internet because I can't join a lobby. I've only been able to get into one once and it was just me and the killer for 8 minutes.
Man, for now we can just wait. Probably, the staff of igggames, seeing so many requests of update, said taht the would update the game in a day, yesterday. Because cracking is a loooong process, probably they had some issues, so that the launcher couldn't connect to steam and the .exe sent you to the shop page. Also, that steam fix will let you open the .exe and go to the menu, but there won't be any lobbies and creating one will crash your game. As I said, for now we should just signal this in the game request section and wait.

When there's a proper update to fix these issues maybe and maybe then I'll waste 5 minutes of my life on a game that's promoted to be a complete game but 8/10 reviews say this isn't even close to being a complete game, more like Alpha w/ all it's problems and unbalanced issues.

Hello! Recently (today) I started having problems with the game: it's IMPOSSIBLE to find any lobby and creating one makes the game crash. Not finding a lobby is normal, I tend to be unlucky with searching, but the crash? Technically, if you scroll down there's a guy that says that he found a way to save the game and you'll see a link, that link will let you download 2 folders that you'll have to place and sobstitute to the ones inside the main game folder, then you'll have to start the game in administrator mode. seems like some of your gamefiles are missing or you have to install your easyanticheat first for it. You can try to run it as admin as well for a try.
I cant join server or host servers. When i host a server i see my friend joining but after 1-2 seconds he gets kicked. When i click on Quick Game, i came in a lobby and get kicked after 1 second :/ Can some 1 help me?

saving would mean that the steamcloud is aviable for it. but since its a crack its not. All Progress gets saved on the steamcloud. but doesnt work for it.
you can't change the configuration of the keybord it's automaticly set as QWERTY /use alt+shift to change your keybord configuration from azerty to qwert

This is a special kind of crack. It makes steam think that its an other game called spacewars. "Spacewars" is a sourcecode game that is not anymore aviable on steam. but you can still get it somehwere else and play it.
You don't need hamachi. Just let your steam open and it will say you play "spacewar" and... Congrats ! Now you can play Dead by daylight with those who bought it :)

Additionally, the EAC seems to have a problem with the way the game was re-packed because it halts saying there are invalid files in various folders that shouldn't be there.

Let's say you start from nothing: You extract ONLY the first part, and then add all the cracks on top of each other (in order of course) with copy & replace, even if it seems there are a lot of them. (And make sure your anti-virus doesn't screw the Launcher.exe, even the Windows itself didn't let me run it so i had to allow it in a bunch of places. They think the launcher is a "harmful software".)
So this is the way I did it:
-Download the first link to Desktop, extracted it to Desktop, click and drag it on top of Dead by daylight folder with the game (just 1 part, the other parts do not need to be exctracted)
-Download second link to Desktop, extracted it, click and drag again and so on, same thing repeats for the 3rd part
EVEN if you did everything correctly, you have to start downloading Payday 2 Demo for about 5MB, and then delete it from steam. (<---EDITED)

Before i got payday 2 i had played the demo, therefore i have the thing Dead by Daylight needs, but it takes a few seconds of logic to figure out that something "fishy" is going on if you can't download Payday 2 demo, but you are playing it.
I have a question: Is it possible to play "Kill your friends" or "Survive with your friends"? Since it launches Payday 2 Demo on steam, i decided that it would be better to create a new steam account just for this, but then you can't have friends if you haven't made a purchase with that steam account. (same thing stands for my friends they use another account). In-game it shows you the steam invite screen, but we can't invite anyone since we can't add friends.
Also, on my main steam account, I OWN Payday 2, and therefore I cannot download or play Payday 2 DEMO, which means if i play the game that way, a ban isn't too far away from me.
I have the Payday 2 Demo trick done, whenever I run the Launcher.exe , it says "Update the game to Dead By Daylight Hotfix 2"

If you use a steamfix, doesn't matter the version, the game will save, but, will close randomly.
do i download it and click the exe game? like

1.Run DbD_fix_Repair_LAN_Universal.exe
http://2.click the button at the left of the most bottom right window.
3.paste the directory of your game and click the same button.
4.wait the install to finish
http://5.run sselauncher and click gear icon at the right bottom of the window.
http://6.click create at the bottom of make SmartSteamEmu.ini file
http://7.click target and find deadbydaylight.exe.
8.Done. U might want to customize ur username
The save is working
It's a good idea to download a fresh copy of the game and then extract the steamworks fix v3 if you have a good internet to make the extracting easier and to avoid further problems.
Note:
Launching the game with dead by daylight.exe. Will not save your progress but the multiplayer works
Launching with the launcher.exe. The save feature will work but many people have kicked out of the game (forced to close the game not kicked from lobby) because no connection to steam. And opening the steam overlay fix that problem for the launcher for me.
But i saw a post about another way to fix it.Here are the steps:
1.Download Payday 2 Demo on steam.
2.Cancel the download and delete local content of the payday 2 demo.
I think thats it because i want to see the steps for the second time the website is offline.

Game working but do not save progress. I tried use steamworks fix but game again crashed. So I re install again and play without save progress.

Dood download this then go in the folder that you extraced from part one and replace the files with the one in the one u downloaded
Probably, the staff of igggames, seeing so many requests of update, said taht the would update the game in a day, yesterday.
Because cracking is a loooong process, probably they had some issues, so that the launcher couldn't connect to steam and the .exe sent you to the shop page.
Also, that steam fix will let you open the .exe and go to the menu, but there won't be any lobbies and creating one will crash your game.
As I said, for now we should just signal this in the game request section and wait.

Recently (today) I started having problems with the game: it's IMPOSSIBLE to find any lobby and creating one makes the game crash.
Not finding a lobby is normal, I tend to be unlucky with searching, but the crash?
Is it my computer (because it's really, REALLY bad) or the creators of the game started to kick in and block the use of any older version?
The game is now 1.0.4, so it's possible.

further down there is a tutorial from someone how to make the game save, and i did everything he said but it still does not work..

Second extract to the folder of the dead by daylight and go in the executable of the game > property > compatibility > mark the box that says execute with admin.
Now the game saves.
1º Baixe o Spacewar e o abra.
2º Assim que fechá-lo vá para o diretório: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Números\480\remote\ProfileSaves
3º Copie o nome do único arquivo que estiver lá e exclua ele.
4° Baixe o arquivo deste link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/1a268c9riu68pvz/D2E56A0C01001001.profd
e então o renomeie e coloque no diretório em que estava o outro.
5º Ative a sincronização da nuvem com a Steam, abra o jogo e feche até aparecer um novo arquivo.
