I've been reading the comments and even if they are all a couple of months old still - what the fuck. The game is challenging, yes but in a way just too easy if you get the right gear. Going through the first 6 floors is not a challenge. Grab a baseball bat and sneak around. Going deeper is a problem but once you've drank about 20 or so stat increasing booze bootles - no problem. Get yourself some good gear, a couple of weapons ( blasters for robots and tough enemies, a rifle for basic kills and a shotgun or an Ratatat for close quarter if you get pinned down). You can outrun the Purifier easily, just jump past him and its done or loop around one of the hallways. In the courier run mode he shows up after 20 or less seconds once you're on floor 10 or so. Even then I managed to kill him over and over again even if his HP kept on increasing. Also use the brick. A sneak throw to someones head deals massive damage and it ignores all armor as far as I've seen.
I wanted to enjoy this game. I thought it would be funny and easy to run on my computer. It is. Then the SOB Purifier shows up and currently I don't know a way to disable him or make him show up later. The Purifier is a BULLSHIT mechanic in the game. After just a minute and a half or 2 minutes of WHATEVER dungeon floor you're in, a heavily armoured, minigun weilding megatank shows up at the entrance. He knows exactly where you are, and while he is slow and killable, no so much early on without any. Any good loot. I wanted to enjoy this game, but it's damn unplayable because of that. That alone removes one of the Stats from the game. Do not sneak. Do not check for traps. You don't have time. Don't think this will be fun unless you enjoy Dark Souls or other equally sadistic games that punish you for trying to figure out the inventory at your own pace in the forced tutorial dungeon. Do not take a wrong turn in the dungeon, you'll likely not make it back to where you turned off before the Purifier gets there.
The SOB purifier can be killed with energy weapon,so its actually not that hard. If your having trouble with raider then here's a tip.Shoot before they do, the first shot u deal to your enemy will stun them for a short period, after the enemy got stun, well just give'em all u got straight to the face.I'm able the get down to floor 10 with only a Vault Clearer, so can u.
