There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.

"Gemsweeper" and "Paint it Back" are my favorite picross games. Hope this one is great, too.

"Nonograms: Wolf's Stories" and "Nonograms: Malcolm and the Magnificent Pie" are a little bit different, but very interesting. I keep looking for similar games (with no luck).
