I was also a victim, until Elmazz below pointed out (thank you!). So here I was, I uninstalled the game because it had Russian text and voice then tried installing again, only this time, I tried reading everything, then came up that setting screen, I realized that the text and voice are both set to Russian by default, so I had to choose English, one for the text and one for the voice. And now, I'm so happy!
