The scene groups can only crack updates if the update changes the gameplay drastically. -Drastic game changes are: New levels, bug fixes, improved graphics. -Non-Drastic game changes are: New units, objects, cars, new music or content that does not change anything to the normal gameplay
That would make it eligible because it has "new levels" (game doesn't really have levels) and bug fixes, the game has been updated drastically since 2016
Your comment doesn't make sense Ch33t4h, because the current cracked version is of a virtually unplayable game with many bugs & unusable features. As such, cracking a current or newer update would be completely within the rules.

i folowed video (and included text file) is setuping smartemu, but when i did everthing and tried to launch i got error - activation failed -13. when i pud random id generating, i will get error -22. any idea what i doing wrong ?
no, i didnt managed to make a game working. i just managed to go to last stage (as in video) just before actual launching of game. and got tired of trying making it working. so i deleted it and will just wat for new version of game, and not just new dlc.
I got it to work, you go to https://vk.com/topic-120053910_33435963 and scroll down, download one of the 6.38 versions in whatever languange you desire, the updated ones at the top are all in russian sadly. the download comes with instructions (in russian? I think atleast, but google translate is your best friend follow the instructions about the steamemu thingies) and already has a steamemu inside, open the steamemu folder and move the 2 files into the same folder you extract the game to (In the russian instructions it recommends placing the game in C:\Program Files) Now this is the part you had trouble with and gave up, it's finding a ID that works. (I went through like, a 100 before I finally got past the errors) Open up 2 browser tabs of which one is https://steamidfinder.com/lookup/ The other tab https://steamcommunity.com/app/467520 Now go to ur steam tab, and go to one of the following Screenshots/Discussions/Reviews (I did Screenshots) You can play around with Show:MOST POPULAR (ALL TIME/THREE MONTHS/YEAR etc. Now all you have to do is go to the places that has the most comments. Go to each persons profile, you either find their ID (which you copy-paste into steamemu) inside the browser search bar or their name instead. if it's just their name copy-paste it in the steamidfinder tab and copy-paste the steamID64 you find into steamemu. After every error, just repeat the go-to-profile & copy-paste process it will eventually work :) Steamemu instructions are inside the download from the russian website.
Why is part 1 and 2 the exact same? How do you start this thing????? If i press on one of the .exe's it just pops up a small window and just doesn't respond.
I hope fellow scene groups and IGG can figure out how to crack this kind of DRM. I would buy the game but its not worth the cost, really. but its a good game if you're into this stuff. Me im just gonna check it out
Attention! This game will not be updated to the latest version, so constantly requesting an update will not change a thing. The latest version currently has a custom DRM which has not been cracked by any scene group. There's nothing we can do, anyone looking for an update will have to either wait for a scene group to crack the game or buy it.

Hey got a problem, I downloaded both files, extracted them, and now the game can't work, when I want to read the readme file I have lot of weird letters without sens, there are no "start" application in the folder, when I start "Launcher" it says ; Unable to launch game. Make sure the 'Target' and 'StartId' folder point to correct path and folder... I don't know what to do as these folder does not exist...

Es sind 2 parts damit sie einfacher zu downloaden sind. du musst beide downloaden und sie mit dem programm winrar entpacken dann bekommst du einen order in dem ist irgendwo eine start datei die fürhst du aus und das spiel öffnet sich.
This is not even close to accurate. The item is priced significantly above IGG's purchase limit, so this game came here originally because he found the game files somewhere else. He won't be able to Update it until he finds updated game files somewhere else. A couple requests will make him know to keep an eye out for it, but past that, it's not going to accelerate any kind of timetable because there's 0% chance he buys something on Steam with mixed reviews that costs $50.
how to I crack this. Once i run the launcher the game opens but how do I save and then close and find it again after that? The instructions in the crack are useless.. :(

Yes, it's full of bugs and issues, but there a reasons people are soo interested in it. I, for one, played it a few times becasue of it's good economic simulation. Whenever I become obsessed with economic's and numbers, the second thing that comes to mind is playing this game. I don't care if it has good graphics, as long as it has good mechanics.

Hello, I ask that someone please update the game version to the latest and add all the dlc's. This game Is way too buggy and way too expensive that it's not worth it's price. So please update it to the latest version and include all dlcs. Also I can't even do shit in the game request area. Can't write anything so I hope someone sees this.
if you got this from patch scrolls or something similar the admins at patch scrools explained that the patches only work with the legit copy of the game.
