STEAM OPENING SOLUTION:
During installation, you have to put a tick next to "copy contents of CODEX directory to installdir". That solved it for me. Hope i could help!

From what I'm seeing this comes with the main game :) but I don't know myself am curious as well.

if you dinnt know for this game

  1. download all parts.
  2. stick all parts in one folder
  3. select them all and extract them to the same place
  4. use either setup or LAUNCHER. most of the time you shouldn't use the GAME.exe cause that will open the steam store page
