^ Confirmed. This archive does not include SmartSteamEmu. The game .exe included takes to steam store. Tried bringing dir and files from diff other recent igg releases, edited the .ini file to bloxyz_Steam.exe and errors. Not familiar with smartsteamemu tho.

Extract and make sure Launcher.exe is on the same folder as the game .exe and then run Launcher.exe That's it.
and edit the SmartSteamEmu.ini
