For a cracked game, the default language settings are usually changed within a text file. Not all cracked games have their language settings in the same, exact named file, folder or subfolder. You would need to go to the installed game's folder and try to find a text file that is called either "steam_api.ini", "steam_emu.ini", "settings.txt", "settings.ini", "language.txt", "force_language.txt" or any file with a file extension of ".ini" or "txt". Sometimes, the name of the Scene or P2P group that cracked the game is used to prefix the name of the text file that has the language settings like "RUNE.txt", "TENOKE.txt", "FLT.txt", "RUNE.ini", "TENOKE.ini", "FLT.ini" ... etc.
Search in any subfolders, if necessary (The text file might not be in the installed folder's root directory) and then open it with Notepad. In the text file, do a search for the key "language". If it is found, set the key's value to a language that is supported by the game (eg. - language = english, language = tchinese, language = schinese, ... etc. Check the game's retail page for supported languages to make sure that the language that you set is actually supported by the game), save the change and then try running the game again.
AFAIK, the specified language settings should apply uniformly for all aspects (Interface, Full Audio and Interface) of the game. It should be an "All or nothing" type of thing (You can only set one "language=" at a given time to be used throughout for all of the aspects). What you described shouldn't be happening, unless somehow there are separate settings for each individual aspect which is highly unusual. Check the file to be edited to see whether there are indeed, separate settings, one for each aspect (I doubt it though). Another explanation is that the English Subtitles were not included in this cracked version of the game (Also highly unusual). Give it a try and let us all know what happens.
Very boring. So much inane writing. I don't mind reading stuff, but there is tons of pointless and uninteresting writing in here, like pages of text about a dude thinking about if he is going to play soccer or not. Dumb plotting. Somehow boring sex scenes. Lots of weird emo stuff mixed with too much saccharin. There are so many better gay games out there: Robin Morningwood, Alpha Hole: visual novels with actual game play, choices, and interesting characters.

Agree. We rarely get new gay games on here, which is why I gave it a try and the benefit of the doubt. But as you said, the writing is very boring and even more so during the sex scenes. Had to skip a few exchanges myself.
