Right click on the Shortcut for the game and select "Properties" in the Shortcut menu. The "Shortcut Properties" window will appear. In that window, in the "Target:" textbox, remove the parameter "-DX12". Click on the "Apply" button to save the change. Next, click on the "OK" button to close the window. Afterwards, try running the game again to see whether the problem still persists.
