I do realize you were probably joking, but calling Japan the land of the Perverts is still pretty disingenuous. You wouldn't call any country a land of Saints, and Japan is probably the middle ground when it comes to perversion. Honestly, if anything, they just have a better grasp on the difference between fantasy and reality; a lot of Westerners struggle with that.
But yeah, it is a generational game. I'm not really into that (I want to play as my character, not as their kids/grandkids, etc), but there's enough life sim elements that you'll still have plenty of time as one character if you don't abuse timeskips. I personally don't care about or go after achievements either, but I suppose a lot of people do. As with every game, it won't cater to everyone, and I understand you have things you wish were in the game (as do I), but for what it is, it's still a fun and incredibly addicting game (not surprising, given it was originally a f2p mobile game).

There's a difference between creating fantasy and not knowing the difference between the two; If you think Japanese people really are into harems and NTR and loli in real life, you're incredibly mistaken; again, the west is where these things, and worse, are much more common, not to mention the rampant violence.
