It says "please login with administrator privileges and try again" I am on an admin account and I literally updated my gpu drivers 20 minutes ago. I really miss this game and want to play it so does anyone know how to fix this issue
Is the file size less than 5 MB? Did you get the file directly, or have you used an exe? If the answer to any of the questions is yes, you downloaded an ad. Please try downloading the files again and make sure you get the correct ones.

You have to add quotes around the LETTER FOR YOUR DVD DRIVE:\default.msi part. The proper way would be: msiexec /qb /i "LETTER FOR YOUR DVD DRIVE:\default.msi" TARGETDIR="C:\THE NAME OF THE FOLDER YOU WANT TO CREATE"
