For the first few months everything was working fine. Now, however, it runs incredibly slow with constant stuttering. It's likely not a problem with my PC's strength because this game barely uses any of my CPU or GPU. I can't find a solution for this anywhere

I think it's http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?steam_api; look http://igg-games.com/problems-with-files-d3dx943dll.html for tut. If that didn't work, try downloading another game and hope it has the original file (not recommended if you have slow internet, or close to no disk space available).

well i am done testing and i don't really know what is the problem with your game. I can perfectly run it and add my own songs from my own library.Maybe your songs are not compatible with the game try converting them into .mp3 or try opening is as administrator.
