For those getting a BLACK screen. AFTER playing one time, then the game not loading/black screening. Right click the EXE for the game, compatibility, and hit disable Fullscreen optimizations you may need to remove the preferences folder one time prior. but, this should help others.. who indeed have the crack folder. folder location for removing preferences is in C:\Users\pcname\Saved Games\God of War Ragnarök\6144 you can also try turning off your wifi before booting up the game or disallow in firewall which should do the same thing....
these "fixes" are not set in stone to resolve your issue. so, try one until it works. or keep waiting for something else to popup. ill edit this if i find anything else. 90% of these solutions came from steam, and reddit. while one was from my own findings with a few other users going back and fourth in DM's with them.

for those trying to use 1fichier, there is a "thing" you can find. to get around that 1 download an hour limit. (and bypass) speed restrictions.

Since this comment got buried, for those having BLACK SCREEN ISSUES or game doesn't startand your 100% your crack files are in the correct location/no antivirus software is interfering. See this comment for POSSIBLE solutions. NOTE you may need to do this each time you fire up the game. for "network, and removal of the file mentioned". the crack itself works fine, the issues are from the game itself (hence why such backlash was given)

4GB is still enough for most games. It's only this specific one that needs more for some reason. Which is weird cause on the PS4 it only uses around 5GB Vram
most the "mixed" b.s. is irrelevant.. max settings native at 4k meaning NO DLSS b.s. 60fps (drops to 40 on the "tree" whatever its called? i do have higher..ish end hardware, 4070ti, 5800x. but, 6gb vram limit bypassed, 16gb ram bypassed all the reviews for this thus far mostly nag about those issues.. some black screens, but most those issues have been solved too...

Anyone here playing with a controller? If so, does the game detect your controller? Cause it's not detecting mine for some reason EDIT:I fixed it by adding it to steam as a non steam game and running it through big picture mode. Never had this happen to me before EDIT 2: So, despite my PC having less than 16 GB of RAM, I'm using the VRAM bypass mod and the game runs fine for me. It's all on medium settings which is more than enough for me. Also, I'm Portuguese and I barely ever set games to may native language but I figured I'd try with this one and I'm super impressed. ds4w working fine with a ps4 controller. my "output" is set to emulate a PS4 controller. so, that would be my suggestion if you prefer to just use ds4w. setting to xbox does not work.
do you have "disable virtual controller" turned off if your using bluetooth? if your wired, turn it off. if btooth, turn it on no check for btooth.
running native settings except for a few options in settings that make it turn off bluetooth when charging. wired mode works, but has the "double output" sometimes unless i tick virtual controller.
I have two profiles on my DS4W, one for regular games and one that emulates a DS4 so I can get PS prompts on certain games such as Ghost Of Tsushima for example. Neither work for this game. The only way I got it to work was using Steam's own controller wrapper(Basically adding the game as a non stem game) and that got it working with Xbox prompts which isn't a huge deal for me.I don't have the disable virtual controller option checked, never needed to in the first place
i bet its due to the third party controller. has to be... since i never use steam, or anything else. only DS4W. only issue i ever had, was dragons dogma dark arisen having controller functions, but the layout was keyboard images... which made it confusing af. (found a mod that solved that). im excluding the double button issues some games have when virtual controller isnt turned off, and wired mode is in use to charge....
but, i quite literally never have issues. got this controller given to me several years ago, bad charging port supposedly. took it apart, connector somehow came unhooked? worked ever since. i could upload my ds4w profile (i also have two, one for when ps4 doesn't work, i have it set to output xbox.) the other is a little different than default... i can export, and upload it tho if you wanna try it out and see if there is indeed something configured wrong?
i gotta inquire if you have xinput installed, as well as these three options ticked? (xinput doesn't have to be installed for controllers to work on most games. but some will not work without it. which iirc, steam has it built in).
one more thing, lately ive been having to stop ds4w, and start it back up. not kill the app, just hit the stop button. otherwise it sees my controller in the games. but, nothing happens like you said in a comment. which started with the most recent update.
Like I said, I have DS4Windows fully set up and it works for every single game I own, pirated or otherwise, it's only this specific one that I have to use via Steam. The controller is not the issue, it's the game. Yes I have Xinput installed, otherwise the controller wouldn't work on any game.
like i said, ds4w works great on a ps4 controller dude. i asked about xinput bc alot dont install it. and end up wondering why controllers dont work on some games. its not a bad idea to add the ticks i showed going thru settings, then device options regardless. then again, the controller works on other games, so it could very well be a config error. either way, good luck with it!

I have a 1650. Yeah, I know, it's ancient by today's standards but I'm still able to run most modern games pretty damn well. Well if that's the case I might as well give it a try, see how well it runs on my rig
go for it, although. i seen ONE singular person mention "driver or cpu overheating error" but, they have a 1060 3gb which is older than any 1650. so, they may just need to re paste that card. as no others have had that issue. some complain it doesnt work for them. but, i believe they just didnt follow directions... i dont need it personally. but, 12gb wont be enough soon and i too will rely on mods like this. even tho this GPU costed me 700u.s.d. in February before the 4070ti super dropped. needless to say, if your CPU is missing AVX2 that is another limitation youll face. which, afaik at this time. there is no bypass/fix for that.
just to add, your vram will likely say 150% usage or some random b.s. like that. lol.. so i wouldn pay much attention to usage numbers if you monitor them. ONE MORE THING, you MUST have 16 gb of vram to use this mod. or it will NOT start. i guess the mod has the game using system memory, to make up for the lack of vram.

from what i gathered, black screen is said to let it run. it takes a bit to load supposedly. i have 1 part left to download. make sure your drivers, GPU, CPU, redist C++, and net framework are all up to date. and your CPU has AVX2.
usually when it works once, then stops its bc your AV did something you didnt tell it to do. i.e. "exclusions"... add one for the game, and re apply the crack. ill upload a crack separately in a comment soon.
if that's the case, why deleting the save folder allows you to restart the game? excluding the game folder with AV ok but the save file should have no impact on being able to launch the game?

however, your AV can be an issue when saving games etc. controlled folder access, and tamper protection both can impact some games. which is why i have controlled folder access off. after many legit owned games, wouldnt load with it on.
again, most answers when a game WORKS then doesnt comes back to AV. not "ALL".

by keeping my saves the game remains on a black screen even with the update, but if I delete my saves the game launches fine
Edit : I managed to find a not pleasant solution but a good solution which works after several tries with your backups, before starting the game delete the "userpreferences" file and the game launches suddenly so yes you have to redo the settings each time but For now it's the only method I've found that works.
seems you seen a few reviews from INTEL users with newer gen cpus. they indeed are having issues from voltage spikes. but, other users with similar hardware to mine have no issues. i read quite a few "good" and bad reviews. some giving thumbs up, while making comment they had crashes. most in those comments stating the issue resolves itself from a bios flash. (only for intel).. hopefully a 5800x, 4070ti, 32gb of ram can cut it. bc i intend to download this no matter what...
I downloaded from torrent link/RUNE and applied both crack and update, game won't run. I have disabled fullscreen optim. , ran as admin and with compatibility settings for windows 8 but when I run the .exe it just wont run. Any feedback appreciated.

Considering no other update was released between 1.2 and 3.1 hotfix it's safe to assume that it indeed does work. Whether or not it fixes performance, that remains to be seen
help me solve this problem, Because previously my storage was free 244 gb, but every time I install the game I always get a notification like this, and I also tried to reinstall, turn off the antivirus, I have done it. c drive needs some free space, as well as 190gb for the download and around the same to extract plus install. 300gb isnt out of reach to need. (in case something goes wrong installing) you still have the downloads. but, you do need around 300 while the installer installs the game files..

Already found it thanks. My PC is in Portuguese so folders had different names. What I was trying to do was import a save I found on the Nexus that already had the classic Kratos skin unlocked but it didn't work. Maybe cause it was a ps4 converted save
Those are armor sets, not skins. And no, the classic skin you get from completing the Valhalla DLC and it 's literally just classic Krators from the old games. A lot younger, no beard, angry look on his face and even the scars from the chains of the Blades Of Chaos are much more fresh on his skin.
9 hours straight gameplay. maxed settings no FG, no up scaling. ive had no crashes, and no sluggish b.s.
Frame gen and DLSS seems to be where the issue lay. supposedly people switch to AMD FSR option, and the issue goes away. (dont have the issue, so i cant say for sure)

considering a 3050 runs this ofc with upscaling at 100fps or so (but, with upscaling that is indeed where the "120/xxx"% vram usage happens. but, its a bug in the menu from what i can tell. but after burner never said that. it shows my max actual usage. i dont use upscaling tho. may be why ive not had the issues i see complaints about.
as for mouse and keyboard, i use a controller. so, ill have to get back to you on that. something i dont use really ever is kb+m.
unless your a Completionist, jedi survivor shouldn take long. took around 40hrs or so if i recall to beat the story. did not do everything. if i did, im sure id still be playing...
keyboard controls work fine. i think the user who made mentions about it being an issue was still in the 'tutorial' stage of the game. where your on a dog sled, and you cant really move the cam. but, for me anyways, kb+m work fine. but, ill stick to controller lol. my "sitting" arrangement isnt ideal for keyboard/mouse controls.
For people have a black screen after patch 1.1.1, here is a solution that can help you: I managed to find a not pleasant solution but a good solution which works after several tries with your saves, before starting the game delete the "userpreferences" file and the game launches suddenly so yes you have to redo the settings every time but for now it's the only method I've found that works.
your AV is probably interfering. played for over an hour, 60fps 4k, no dlss scaling b.s. on maxed settings. saved, quit, and loaded up again. no issues. again, whatever AV your using is interfering. yes, an update is released. but, the issue still stands. re apply the crack (uploading to megaup now) see if your issue just goes away... and check the settings i mentioned in AV. controlled folder access!
turn off full screen optimizations option. doin a little back and fourth with floflo in PMs. should help, you may need to remove that pref file one time prior. but, it should fix the issue.
alright, ill see if i can figure out whats goin on. unless the devs figure it out first. itll be a bit tho.

right click the games exe, hit compatibility, then select Turn off full screen optimizations. you Should be able to launch the game. unless your hardware is a limit. if you dont get it to launch, remove the preference file mentioned prior. then you should be fine after that. but dont use full screen for the time being.
theres no any difference by disabling or enabling the vulkcan features and the other settings down below by using the optimized settings from a ytuber game looks the same as the default settings but instead of using +4 gb vram you save 1 which turns into 3 we speaking of rdr2 by the way
for RDR2, it indeed has a difference. i just replayed it 4 days ago bro. had the b.s. issue with graphic settings not sticking, no matter what. unless i removed a folder, then re added it but, empty with just one file with the proper name. or, i could use vulcan just fine without that folder trick. so, yes. it indeed made a difference. (paid version on rockstar games)

got the graphic issue when it was recently updated around march/april then someone did the patch who removes the annoying intro plus the graphic settings
the cracktro patch simply removed the "wait to hit escape" feature that the crackers put in. as for the fidelity settings, high is what i ran, bc thre was no difference between that and ultra for the most part. but, DX12 compared to vulkan was better on performance thus why i made it so mine used dx12.
Yes, it is unfortunate that there is no audio support for the Chinese language in this game. I searched this game's Steam Discussions pages and there were no Steam user requests for Chinese audio support. I found that there was 1 Steam user request for Ukrainian audio support ("voiceover").
If you really desire audio support for the Chinese language and if you have a "qualified" Steam account (Meaning that you must have already spent at least $5.00 in Steam purchases. A free Steam account with $0.00 in purchases is not considered by Steam as a "qualified" account that is enough to have earned the privilege to make a post in the Discussions pages - In other words, you already have to be a paying customer to make a post) then you can post a request to the dev studio for audio support for the Chinese language in the Discussions pages. If enough Steam users back up your request then perhaps the dev studio will listen and reply to it.
So I just watched a video of this game running on Vega 7 Integrated Graphics which only has 512 mb VRAM. Sony is 100% blocking any and all 4GB VRAM cards for some reason. I trust the piracy/modding scene will bypass this soon enough, have faith, ye brothers and sisters!

Questions is, how much of graphical fidelity someone would get out of a monstrously challenging game like this. 720p, 30 fps, lowest settings? I'm just guessing, but 4 GB VRAM is at least a GTX 980...a 10 years old video card.
Playing this with a 970 or 1060 3GB is probably...underwhelming, to put it mildly.
from what i can see, most using the mod are running 3050s on med settings with DLSS to performance. so, id say that helps alot with how it looks. even on low, 1080p this would look as good as ps5 would.
A 3050 to me is almost office level...but no offense.
3 4K TVs here and 1 1080p TV downstairs. 4K had become the standard in my upper floor rooms since the 3080 and 4090 entered the respective systems. The 1080 Ti is still okay for older stuff and therefor I bought that Full HD 32" TV. My rooms are just computers and screens... 😄
no offense taken. 4k 60 is what i run my 4070ti on. i have a 165 1080p monitor. but, 43in 4k is a better option even if its only 60hz since i dont play FPS games for the most part.
My exact config in the bedroom. Philips 43PUS6804 - a 60 Hz 43" TV and a 3080 Strix OC. Of course, next year, I'll do my best to upgrade to a 5080 (price limit 1400 €) and put the 3080 into the 1080p computer/TV setup. Others raise their children. I raise my computers. 🙂

same... although im 34, i tend to get the best i can. usually right at the lower end of "high" tier. 4070ti isnt the best, but its no slouch either. my cpu and board could go for an upgrade. but a b550, and 5800x are still pretty good at this time.
I'm the exact opposite. I'm an old gamer.Graphics and visuals never mattered to me as much as audio and gameplay. So I don't mind playing games at low settings or 30 FPS or stuff like that. If I can play at max settings I do but if I can't then it doesn't bother me too much

We had an uncle in the family once, who ran a PC business and as a child, I always felt at home, being surrounded by all those humming computers in his basement. There, I could play Need for Speed III fluently on a "big" 19" screen, at a higher resolution than 800x600. This was like wow, back in 1998!
I always wanted to have that for myself, but it just never happened. I got older and didn't succeed in life generally and socially, so today, my computers are my hobby and maybe a substitute/replacement for an own founded family, like wife and kids.
You see, there is much more in this to me than just a working PC which I can play a game on. I want many PCs around me and it has to be RTX Strixes and Asus Maximus mainboards. Necessary this is not, but it's a passion and to fulfill my hardware dreams, I'm cutting everything else short. Discipline and money management is mandatory and I enjoy the basic life, because I know, it'll take a few months, but once I saved up enough, I'm going to buy big and I got good at building PCs and configurations - like that uncle of ours did in the 1990s. 🙂

It doesn't seem to have much effect, since it still depends on your bandwidth. But usually, in my experience, the longer you keep the torrent client open, the better and more stable the speed will be. Because over time it will connect to more seeders/peers
The PS version has this compression method called Kraken that decompresses the game on the fly as you play it. It's part of a tech suite called Oodle which other pc games, like Cyberpunk for example, also use. That's why it's such a huge filesize, because it's fully uncompressed for some reason

I'm scared to apply that patch because there was a glitch that broke my game when I was using that patch 7. I reinstalled but haven't applied that patch yet and now my bug is fixed.
Strange, it seems to be a bug in the game. The game works fine for me in patch 7. But if the game originally worked fine for you, then you don't need to use the update either, because most of the later patches just "fix".
Hello, I downloaded the game from a torrent, but I encountered this error during installation. I did a force check on the files, but the problem persists. Here is the CRC code for the file: CRC32: 3D3661F0.
The processor I use is "Ryzen 5 3600," and I disabled the antivirus (AV) before starting to download the game via torrent. edit: This is how I turn off the AV after disabling it from the settings.
are you on windows 11 24H2? it has issues with cracked games but, it may not be your issue.
how much extra space do you have on your C drive, and D drive (separate) after you have downloaded all the needed files? i have enough to download this, extract it, leave it on my pc (the downloaded files, install it, and download it again) so around 1tb of free space is what i have. ISDONE.DLL errors can come down to not enough space. but, error 12 is "a pain".
something is causing issues with this. it very well could be the alternate language as roosevelt said in a previous response to you.
however, if you are on 24H2 that is a high chance on why this refuses to install. in any case, its as simple as "turning off any antivirus software you have, downloading, extracting (if direct downloads are used), running installer as administrator, and that is it.
but, since CRC checks keep failing, something is removing files or they arent being downloaded when your downloading them (this game works fine in case you are starting to doubt it). if your antivirus software has controlled folder access turned on, turn it off too. (please do not just say "it is off" without checking. otherwise, i am wasting my time) you have no idea the amount of times i went back and fourth with someone on an issue like the one you have. for them to keep saying "Antivirus is off", only to it coming down to something with antivirus software.
however, if your 100% sure it is off. add an exclusion for this games download location. do one more step, check to see if your antivirus software has anything quarantined in it. if it does, allow it! While antivirus may not be your issue, we need to cover all possible issues you could face. Thus why i ask you to check, and not just assume.
24H2 is known to cause issues with empress cracks, but this isnt an empress crack. however, i have seen other games not run at all on 24H2 when they have been cracked.
i am on 23H2, (just bc of the issues with 24H2 and playing cracked games).
edit- after you turn off antivirus software from settings. dont touch that tool you downloaded "that is extra" just turn it off in settings. and see if it changes anything, also make sure nothing has been removed and is in "quarantined" in your AV while your in there (repeated this in case its forgotten bc i wrote quite alot).
The Windows version I have is 10. I have already disabled the AV (antivirus) from the settings as you suggested and added the folder to the exceptions. I ensured that the AV is completely inactive, but the problem persists.
I have a 1TB SSD, which I have partitioned into 200GB for Windows and 800GB for games. I also have an HDD. I tried installing the game on it, but it didn't work. I also tried moving the game to the HDD and installing it on the F partition of the SSD, but that didn't work either.
I hope this information is helpful. If you need to know more, feel free to ask. I have 130GB of free space on the C drive, which is dedicated to the system

EDIT : I downloaded another game now called Luddite, extracted the files, installed the game, and it worked.
hmm, grab yourself idm (internet download manager) or xdm (xtreme download manager) or Jdwnloader2 (exactly what its name is) ensure that any security measures built into your browser are off and that the download manager is taking over the file. (when you install a download manager, it will add a browser extension so it can hook the downloads so nothing gets missed.)
if you were to, stop a download. you could resume it without issues. if there was an issue, the download manager would say "hey, file is bad. going to reconnect to original link to attempt to redownload". (something like that) just one example. plus, its WAY FASTER using a download manager bc you can have up to 32 connections to a single download at one time. allowing the FULL WEIGHT of your bandwidth to be used. instead of "browser downloading" which is slow and painful. (even on fiber its still miles slower than what it could be). also, ensure your AV is off (yes, i am asking that you grab IDM, XDM, or Jdownloader 2) any of the 3, two are free. IDM costs after 30 days.
i am almost certain now that you stated "130gb c drive free" that this is your issue. if you want to play this, you will need to partition that C drive and allow it more space while i am not sure windows will allow this after its already been done, this may be the only way to play. unless you create a "dual boot" (or Virtual machine) which the VM may not be the best idea and is not something i could walk you through. there is a chance i am mistaken, but im pretty sure that is your issue.
if i still had this game downloaded i would attempt to show you, but i have beaten this and removed it. (i would still get a download manager either way)
you could also "force a recheck" in your torrent application since this second time, that is what you used to download it. but again, 130gb is "on the edge" if you can REMOVE some stuff on your C drive, to make 20gb more space. that may just do the trick.
sorry about my late responses, finally got stalker 2 running longer than ten minutes again. turned out "admin" mode was the issue. had to stop running it as admin, which is backwards from all cracked releases.
I am already using IDM for downloading. As you mentioned, it is likely that the problem is due to the lack of space on the C drive. So, I will now remove the partition on the drive and try installing the game, and I will let you know the result I also want to ask you, is the game STALKER now playable?

i was crashing on v1.0.2 but, that was bc "admin" mode was being used which is how i run all my cracked games (developers even say to run this in admin mode on steam as a "how to") but it is now stable for me. and running at 1440p high/epic settings no dlss/upscaling. (5800x, 4070ti, 32gb)

i can also link a "paid" (cracked) version of winrar from my PC, you will need to "install" a free version, then just copy and paste the files i share in a link into winrar's installation directory. which will make it work as usual, and will be a "paid" version. (it is not the very latest as the latest compared to what i have are well, latest is slower at compression/decompression vs the slightly older version.... NOTE- you can also just google winrar HKEY and go to the github link it shows up turning a free version into a full version by tricking it into doing so if you wish.
antivirus software is usually the leading cause in issues (that your facing now) outside of the strange lettering. So if your antivirus software was on (AT ALL) turn it off, and make a folder for where your crack downloads and installs go. then go into your antivirus software and make an exclusion for those folder locations (for downloads and installs).
tips for avoiding corrupted files during downloads are
use a download manager like IDM, XDM, Jdownloader 2 (XDM and jdownloader 2 are free) IDM is 30 day trial. it does have a cracked option. but that will avoid bad files when downloading "direct downloads".
Don't worry, I'm here to help you. I have a few suggestions:
Download the 7z software that I mentioned above, it's the best free software out there (I'm using it too, it's the best alternative to the latest paid version of winrar): https://7-zip.org/download.html
Then extract it using the "Extract Here" option. Let me know if it worked. Also take a screenshot of the error message 7z gives (if the error persists)
If you download from torrent, you don't need to care about corrupted files, because most torrent clients check that => that means you can't download corrupted files if the torrent client says it's 100% downloaded
If you use direct hosts like megaup,...: you should download them one by one. Maybe your internet is unstable, so some connections were closed during the download => corrupted files.

BTW, you can use torrent if you want, because you won't need to unzip afterwards :D... also with torrent, the files "cannot" get corrupted, because the torrent client always checks the validity of the file for you
I guess I might know the reason. It seems that these softwares can't understand those special characters. Please copy the rar files to drive D, then extract it from there.

EDIT 2: So, despite my PC having less than 16 GB of RAM, I'm using the VRAM bypass mod and the game runs fine for me. It's all on medium settings which is more than enough for me. Also, I'm Portuguese and I barely ever set games to may native language but I figured I'd try with this one and I'm super impressed. Especially Kratos's VA, his name is Ricardo Carriço and I'm used to seeing him in, like, Telenovelas and stuff but as the voice of Kratos he's damn good

Edit : I managed to find a not pleasant solution but a good solution which works after several tries with your backups, before starting the game delete the "userpreferences" file and the game launches suddenly so yes you have to redo the settings each time but For now it's the only method I've found that works.

I'm just guessing, but 4 GB VRAM is at least a GTX 980...a 10 years old video card.
Playing this with a 970 or 1060 3GB is probably...underwhelming, to put it mildly.

to performance. so, id say that helps alot
with how it looks. even on low, 1080p this
would look as good as ps5 would.
3 4K TVs here and 1 1080p TV downstairs.
4K had become the standard in my upper floor rooms since the 3080 and 4090 entered the respective systems.
The 1080 Ti is still okay for older stuff and therefor I bought that Full HD 32" TV.
My rooms are just computers and screens... 😄
4070ti on. i have a 165 1080p monitor.
but, 43in 4k is a better option even if
its only 60hz since i dont play FPS games

Of course, next year, I'll do my best to upgrade to a 5080 (price limit 1400 €) and put the 3080 into the 1080p computer/TV setup.

Singleplayer open world is where I feel at home. Just Cause, Borderlands, Horizon Zero Dawn and lots more.

It's just that I needed a PC to write e-mails and my stories/poems in 2014.
I used to be a console gamer from like 1990 to 2014, but writing mails with a PlayStation got trickier and uncomfortable.
That's why I bought a toaster-specs PC 10 years ago.
Once I opened the side panel, my interest in PC tech began growing.
This is where it all started!
We had an uncle in the family once, who ran a PC business and as a child, I always felt at home, being surrounded by all those humming computers in his basement.
There, I could play Need for Speed III fluently on a "big" 19" screen, at a higher resolution than 800x600.
This was like wow, back in 1998!
I always wanted to have that for myself, but it just never happened.
I got older and didn't succeed in life generally and socially, so today, my computers are my hobby and maybe a substitute/replacement for an own founded family, like wife and kids.
You see, there is much more in this to me than just a working PC which I can play a game on.
I want many PCs around me and it has to be RTX Strixes and Asus Maximus mainboards.
Necessary this is not, but it's a passion and to fulfill my hardware dreams, I'm cutting everything else short.
Discipline and money management is mandatory and I enjoy the basic life, because I know, it'll take a few months, but once I saved up enough, I'm going to buy big and I got good at building PCs and configurations - like that uncle of ours did in the 1990s. 🙂

Well, on my mobile phone, when I just check for which games just went in, there's no adblocker active, so my support probably comes from just browsing this site on my mobile.

edit: This is how I turn off the AV after disabling it from the settings.
(i looked into the program your showing me, and while it states it is for windows defender, it may not be as you think it to be).
and I stopped the AV without the program and tried to install the game and it did not work
how much extra space do you have on your C drive, and D drive (separate) after you have downloaded all the needed files?
i have enough to download this, extract it, leave it on my pc (the downloaded files, install it, and download it again) so around 1tb of free space is what i have. ISDONE.DLL errors can come down to not enough space. but, error 12 is "a pain".
something is causing issues with this. it very well could be the alternate language as roosevelt said in a previous response to you.
however, if you are on 24H2 that is a high chance on why this refuses to install. in any case, its as simple as "turning off any antivirus software you have, downloading, extracting (if direct downloads are used), running installer as administrator, and that is it.
but, since CRC checks keep failing, something is removing files or they arent being downloaded when your downloading them (this game works fine in case you are starting to doubt it).
if your antivirus software has controlled folder access turned on, turn it off too. (please do not just say "it is off" without checking. otherwise, i am wasting my time) you have no idea the amount of times i went back and fourth with someone on an issue like the one you have. for them to keep saying "Antivirus is off", only to it coming down to something with antivirus software.
however, if your 100% sure it is off. add an exclusion for this games download location. do one more step, check to see if your antivirus software has anything quarantined in it. if it does, allow it! While antivirus may not be your issue, we need to cover all possible issues you could face. Thus why i ask you to check, and not just assume.
24H2 is known to cause issues with empress cracks, but this isnt an empress crack. however, i have seen other games not run at all on 24H2 when they have been cracked.
i am on 23H2, (just bc of the issues with 24H2 and playing cracked games).
edit- after you turn off antivirus software from settings. dont touch that tool you downloaded "that is extra" just turn it off in settings. and see if it changes anything, also make sure nothing has been removed and is in "quarantined" in your AV while your in there (repeated this in case its forgotten bc i wrote quite alot).
I have a 1TB SSD, which I have partitioned into 200GB for Windows and 800GB for games. I also have an HDD. I tried installing the game on it, but it didn't work. I also tried moving the game to the HDD and installing it on the F partition of the SSD, but that didn't work either.

EDIT : I downloaded another game now called Luddite, extracted the files, installed the game, and it worked.
if you were to, stop a download. you could resume it without issues. if there was an issue, the download manager would say "hey, file is bad. going to reconnect to original link to attempt to redownload". (something like that) just one example. plus, its WAY FASTER using a download manager bc you can have up to 32 connections to a single download at one time. allowing the FULL WEIGHT of your bandwidth to be used. instead of "browser downloading" which is slow and painful. (even on fiber its still miles slower than what it could be).
also, ensure your AV is off (yes, i am asking that you grab IDM, XDM, or Jdownloader 2) any of the 3, two are free. IDM costs after 30 days.
i am almost certain now that you stated "130gb c drive free" that this is your issue. if you want to play this, you will need to partition that C drive and allow it more space while i am not sure windows will allow this after its already been done, this may be the only way to play. unless you create a "dual boot" (or Virtual machine) which the VM may not be the best idea and is not something i could walk you through. there is a chance i am mistaken, but im pretty sure that is your issue.
if i still had this game downloaded i would attempt to show you, but i have beaten this and removed it. (i would still get a download manager either way)
you could also "force a recheck" in your torrent application since this second time, that is what you used to download it. but again, 130gb is "on the edge" if you can REMOVE some stuff on your C drive, to make 20gb more space. that may just do the trick.
sorry about my late responses, finally got stalker 2 running longer than ten minutes again. turned out "admin" mode was the issue. had to stop running it as admin, which is backwards from all cracked releases.
I also want to ask you, is the game STALKER now playable?
or windows did not like you playing with it and your now in an infinite BSOD pulling your hair out thinking "if this doesnt work" lol...
(developers even say to run this in admin mode on steam as a "how to") but it is now stable for me. and running at 1440p high/epic settings no dlss/upscaling. (5800x, 4070ti, 32gb)
be careful, windows does not like being fingered/played with that much lol.
i can also link a "paid" (cracked) version of winrar from my PC, you will need to "install" a free version, then just copy and paste the files i share in a link into winrar's installation directory. which will make it work as usual, and will be a "paid" version. (it is not the very latest as the latest compared to what i have are well, latest is slower at compression/decompression vs the slightly older version....
NOTE- you can also just google winrar HKEY and go to the github link it shows up turning a free version into a full version by tricking it into doing so if you wish.
antivirus software is usually the leading cause in issues (that your facing now) outside of the strange lettering. So if your antivirus software was on (AT ALL) turn it off, and make a folder for where your crack downloads and installs go. then go into your antivirus software and make an exclusion for those folder locations (for downloads and installs).

BTW, you can use torrent if you want, because you won't need to unzip afterwards :D... also with torrent, the files "cannot" get corrupted, because the torrent client always checks the validity of the file for you
