To permanently disable driver signature enforcement, open Command Prompt or PowerShell as Administrator and run:
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on
To permanently re-enable driver signature enforcement, run:
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off
Alternatively, you can enable Test Mode (which also allows unsigned drivers and displays a "Test Mode" watermark) by running:
bcdedit.exe /set testsigning on
To exit Test Mode and re-enable enforcement, run:

Note: If you receive an error stating the value is protected by Secure Boot policy, you must first disable Secure Boot in your computer's UEFI/BIOS settings.
