It seems like a fun game. But its the game that proves to me that you cant really try to have great resource heavy graphics, and open world crafting at the same time.
Gamebryo and Fallout proved it already, and thats not even GREAT graphics. But this one has all the same issues, difficult shadowing, possibly less draw in flickering, but more torture on the GPU, that proves that its just asking too much to do both of those things at the same time.
If you can run it with all the settings cranked up, any issues are probably disregardable. But for general playability, its probably better to have simpler graphics and better performance.
