According to the torrent page for this game, this is a P2P release. The P2P cracker may have excluded the other languages in order to minimize the download size (It's most likely a Russian cracker since only those two languages were included in this version). If you want this game with support for the missing languages then you'll have to make an "Update" request for this game in the Game Request page and specify that the other languages are missing. The retail game itself supports all of the listed languages. I can't control what any P2P cracker does to a game once he or she cracks and repacks it!
I think everything you say is very good, and nobody asks you to control anything. I have only said that the support for this game is English and Russian, nothing more. Because your comment can lead to confusion
Just like you, I am human, so not everything that I say is good. The only one who can be said to do that is God. Sorry if I've misunderstood your intent. Some members are always itching for a chance to challenge someone with a higher badge count than their own (Not that the amount of badges that a person has really counts for anything outside of this site). Sometimes it's like "Prison rules" in a game page where if you can take down one of the "top dogs" when they may appear to have "slipped up" then you'll earn the respect of some of the other members. It's crazy thinking but not everyone here is completely sane (The video that I linked to is for comedic purposes but I think that you know what I mean)!
IGG, the administrator of this site, is the only one who uploads games, so no one else knows which cracked version of a game that is listed in this site supports whatever languages that the retail version does support until it is downloaded and installed (Many times there are no differences concerning the supported languages in both the retail version and the cracked version. The only thing that I can do is to extract the official language support information from Steam (Or sometimes GOG) and post it here to save people time from having to visit a game's Steam page. That's all and nothing more. IMHO, if anything, it makes the information in the game pages here more "complete".
Nowadays, most of the time, the crackers or groups don't say inside an .nfo file (A standard for Scene releases - P2P crackers don't even bother making an .nfo file) what languages are supported in their releases - Only repackers like ElAmigos or FitGirl mention that information explicitly on their official sites).
