Enjoy the amazing soundtrack of the 2015's weird-ass cult classic during your workouts:

What's with the quest line where you help several robots commit suicide? The setup wasn't super deep, boiling down to "Hey, can you help me press the red button so I can die?". Really out of place. Maybe I'm thinking too much but Canada Media Fund is credited in the game's opening... hmm...

Map's large but felt like padding to compensate for the bike. There is little reason to explore by walking. (you'd mostly be exploring empty space)

Music is not bad but doesn't leave impressions. Tunes are more engaging in boss fights but most of the time it's just passable.

The original movie years ago didn't leave lasting memories, so I did a quick scan to jog my memory. I have to say, mobs exploding into a sludge of blood when they die is the only similarity. The game doesn't feel campy, at least so far in my 2hr experience. Likely also because the game has no intro-level world building, it doesn't feel engaing story-wise. Not a bad game by any measure, but something central, gluing core feels missing.
