Anyone figure out how to get the game to save in offline mode? When you start up it tells you flat out your game won't save and it won't. Is there a trick to it? Maybe something needs be set to read/write?
For anyone still having problems to start in offline mode (the current 1.01 release allows saving) don't fret because you don't find the option in any config file - the devs decided to put the flag for it straight into registry -_-
Open regedit and the flag should be in "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Shiny Shoe\Inkbound" called "StartOffline_xyz". Change the value to 1 and you're set.
If it's not at that location search for "Inkbound" until you find a folder with said entry.
Online mode doesn't work. Additionally, in offline mode, saving doesn't work either! I've tried all the methods mentioned in the comments, but none of them solve the "saving error."

"Create a shortcut of "Inkbound.exe", properties, at the end of the destination add "-steam_call", open Steam, launch the shortcut, change to Offline Mode (it will ask you to restart the game).. that's it and ofc you can close Steam after that."
Hello, an easy solution for game shutting down in online mode: Go to Inkbound\Inkbound_Data\StreamingAssets\aa, open settings.json and edit the last values like this: "m_maxConcurrentWebRequests":1 "m_CatalogRequestsTimeout":10 After doing so start the game, it will let you change the game mode to offline and ask you to restart it to save the change. That's it.

it says your account got banned.
Copied the crack manually and added the steam call stuff to a new shortcut.
Any help?
