Well there are a few fake ones on Double as well but one of them will change the in-game wallet as soon as you change it.
open dodge and change language

There is a "language.txt" file there.
I've tried changing it to stuff like "portuguese" or "spanish" or "es" or "pt-br" and nothing works. Game still opens in english.
