It says I cannot access the path or file and that I may not have permission to do so. I'm not sure what the heck I'm supposed to do to fix that, but that's kind of annoying tbh.

Not sure where you're installing the game but be sure to extract the ISO, then open it and run the installer. Install to a folder you have access to like your Documents. You might want to run the installer in administrator mode if it still won't work and make sure the folder you are installing into exists (except for "4D Golf" as that will be created automatically).
