Tried the Chinese version of this intriguing game a while back and now, having tested the first 10 minute of this new version, I'm happy to announce that good amount of effort has gone into translating/localizing it to English.
The game boots in Chinese though. The second option on the first screen is the "Main Menu". Go there and press the 4th option which is the "Settings" and in the next window the option below Resolution is language 👇
There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles. FYI all - The official English version of the game was released yesterday, March 15! Based on what I noticed in the Steam Discussions pages for this game, there is basically no difference between the latest [Retail] version and this cracked version as the latest [Retail] version still launches in Chinese but the steps required to change the in-game language to English in the latest [retail] version is exactly the same as detailed by "Dr. Vani Zirele" below for this cracked version!
