For some people who can't open the app try what I did. Simply copy the items in the folder and paste it into the game file. Replace all file and your game should work

where do I put the unlocker

The game has all of the dlc. The problem is the archive which manages the game content, it doesn't have the registry of the dlc on it. To have the dlc, you need to manually add each one of them in the text archive along their respective ID... Yeah, it's kinda hard. It's better to wait for IGG guys to make a patch or something for it.
