Indeed, this is not a stable release (V0313), there's a room that crashes the game when you enter, in just about the time you're warming up to the game.

Music is mostly just light backing notes, each felt the same, nothing stands out. Sfx is barely there, some felt missing/muted.

I feel like I've played this years ago, I seem to recall one or two dialogues... the bad ones, and it's still here - character's tone flip flops between punk/thuggish and casual/friendly, without acually feeling scifi. I opted to click through and ignored all.

The character portrait is... well it certainly doesn't match the promo art, to put mildly. And the hairstyle with the occational thuggish outbursts is a bit suspicious...

Fast travel/save rooms are too sparse, which leads to frequent retreading/loss of direction/boss room loops. Route planning is not ready, had several softlock or hardlock situations. Youtube letsplays shows that layout difference is significant between revisions, maybe pacing will improve in the future. But this version is certainly not polished.

Having finished the game my impression worsens...

All pixel faces in the game are ugly. Nothing like the promo art. The final boss, it looks like pixel art of something, I just don't know what it was.

Later game is clearly rushed, It was a mostly spacious area, with an easily missable entry if you do not carry hidden way detectors. (I wasted about 2 hours, checked walkthrough in the end.) And music in that zone is outstandingly awful. (in contrast to other zones which sounded all the same.)

Had a bit of hope so took a peek at the ending dialogues... then proceeded to skip as usual.

It's a pity, the moves from power ups are fun, but the game pretty much ended just as a you're about to be truly free to explore - and if you check carefully, you will find stuff seeming left unfinished. (sidequest, strange rooms...).

Overall, it leaves much to be desired.
