On behalf of IGG-Games.com [admin], I have the daunting task of informing the rest of our community here that as things currently stand, any given working crack for this Early Access game will no longer remain a permanently viable solution to the protection scheme implemented by the dev to protect this game, due to the series of periodic updates implemented upon the custom [hybrid] (eg. - < unspecified DRM > + SteamWorks) DRM which is designed to subsequently defeat any successful crack for a given period in this game's ongoing release schedule (In other words, although a crack may be successful at defeating the custom DRM during a given period of time for a given version of this game, it will subsequently and ultimately be rendered useless since the custom DRM is periodically updated and released along with any newly released update to the game in order to constantly and vigilantly protect this game against attempts at piracy). Thus, this situation is like a "Cat and Mouse" game between the crackers and the dev). 😐
Unfortunately, given the situation, IGG-Games.com [admin] has decided to reallocate his resources and efforts into other games rather than to continue to persue any more futile efforts to provide a properly cracked version of this game. However, he has generously decided to leave this copy of the game available for download to be used with any possible, newly released crack that is meant for any later released version of this game (Think of it as an unlocked, "Steam rip" that needs a proper crack in order to be made playable). The theory is that any new crack that is meant for a later version of this game but is unsuccessful against the later version, could possibly work for this [earlier] version of the game (Provided that there are no significant changes between the two different versions of the game - We never know what may happen internally with the game code, outside of the dev(s)). Having the unlocked game is still a "Silver lining" in this dark cloud - After all, a crack without a target game to work upon is itself, useless. Thus, this unlocked game should now be considered as only "One half of the puzzle". Whether in the future IGG-Games.com [admin] or some other kind soul provides a new crack in the comments part of this game page for our community to try against this available copy of the game remains to be seen. The person who provides such a crack could possibly be hailed as a "hero" in our community.
The choice is yours whether to be positive in this negative situation! Remember, hard core gamers never quit [playing games].
Okay so an update for this update. Well the bad news is you still can't finish songs, you still get stuck. No grade so you can't use music to earn money and popularity. The good news is the AI girls are up and running so you can talk to them freely and everything else in the game works and melodify doesn't run into that bug where it suddenly stops giving you daily money.
But you're severely hindered I think not being able to do the music for ez fame and money. I've seen people who own legit copies of the game run into the problem so it's either an anti- this feature or the game is just stupid buggy still.
1.open windows firewall defender 2.click advanced settings 3.click on outbound rules 4.click "new rule" 5.make sure "program" is clicked on then hit next 6.where it says "this programs path" cilck browse 7.go to where you have the games exe stored 8.click that and then make sure block the connection is clicked 9.then you should just be able to hit next all the way to the end and there you go and name it whatever you want
However don't get your hopes up. It would appear that as soon as you get to the first concert and do your first song as part of the tutorial it'll stay stuck without ever showing you your song grade or anything.
Edit: Okay so good news and bad news:
You CAN get out of the concert screen! When you finish the song or whatever for the tutorial, you'll just be frozen unable to do anything. It'll say hold escape to leave but if you do it'll just disappear, and you'll still be stuck.
So instead of pressing escape just tap it a few times and it'll bring up a screen that says "do you want to leave?" and say yes and then you'll leave the concert screen but you won't get a rating or complete the set, so the bad news is that you won't be able to do any of the music grinding, no money from concerts or popularity or anything. (This might be intentional to us lol) and you'll have to do this with every new attempt (I've tried)
Good news is you can still raise popularity making new songs at home and posting stuff on your page, and doing adverts ect. But it'll be slower...
More bad news, the feature I'm sure everyone is here for which is the AI chat bot obviously won't work because it requires a connection to actually function. So no girls either. I'm sure the guys who posted this are likely working on figuring this out so we'll have to wait a bit longer.
Even i can bypass the update requirement, the game stuck after you play the first song. Like stuck stuck and you can't do anything. I guess i wiat for the latest update then.

However it's gonna do this every time so you can't do concerts, nor can you talk to girls since it requires a connection of some kind. You can do everything else in the game though.
yes this indeed does work. but the essence of the game kinda lost if I grind outside of music XD. Thank you for the info, will keep waiting for the next update so we can access the AI chat feature too
