For everyone's information, dev of this game had to cease development of a game they released in early access at about half a year of early access development, this happened during december. Supposedly due to financial reasons. Its not entirely unlikely this might be their last release, it might not even get many updates. Not expecting anyone to buy it or anything but I wanted to let people know of that status should they like the game far enough to start investigating further into the developer.
Do I really have to explain what a false positive is? The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code m-a-l-w-a-r-e! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t! :)
Yes you did really have to explain it. I'm not an expert as you clearly are when it comes to m-a-l-w-a-r-e and this is the first time I have encountered it on this site. But thanks for confirming its a false positive I will now try to enjoy the game :)
