Some Unity games use the Registry instead of the usual save folder that you usually find in the AppData or game's folder (which is very stupid if you ask me).
Start Button > Run > regedit > Edit > Find... > Name of the game or developer https://i.imgur.com/UUcTs7Q.png You can delete the folder if you plan to start a brand new save file.
It has the clothes DLC but not the characters one, I requested it to be upload but It wasn't approved. In fact I can't find the characters DLC anywhere, not even the switch uploads have it.
