The lgbt makes sense though because there is a gay couple in the same... spoilers be damned... that gets revealed in one mission after all the runs you make and its pecifically on that one mission where the other partner dies. Then they pretty much move on and finish the objective. As much as I dislike them for adding it, I can admire how they didn't shove it to the player's faces.
The us demographic politics is weird though because you don't really see any humans in the zone and only contact them through the radio. Also the politics should be different by that time but then I don't pay attention on history lessons.
Either way, i never made it passed (getting to town) made it, got warped back to the garage and have not opened it since. A rich story game is what im for, RPG etc. open world is a must. Even with a gay couple, this LGBT b.s. doesnt have to be in every single game a "gay/bi/queer" person is in.
Its why I'm not ever going to buy the actual game. The game mechanics is decent but the story isn't that great and is questionable at some points. I did consider what you said and made me look at alot of stuff that is lacking for something that is supposed to be set in the cold war era.
I tend to purchase games (even after i beat them) when i played free from IGG. This wont be one of them, already uninstalled this shit and instead downloaded Kingdome Come Deliverance from IGG but, forgot id purchased it on GOG sometime ago for 6 bucks. Never the less, this game has no real value to me. Sad, especially since it had such promise with the mechanics it indeed does have in depth. That missing story, no characters in the entire mfn game all just turn me off.

When you extract and install the game, inside the .iso folder you will find the crack in the folder "RUNE" you have to copy steam files and paste them in the game folder where you installed it "Pacific Drive\PenDriverPro\Binaries\Win64" Enjoy
Other than the weird rainbow_politics and american_politics compliant cosmetics, the game is actually really great. Its essentially a take on the STALKER formula and themes where you don't have to walk but have a car and you have to plan your expeditions. It reminds me more of Stalker Anomaly than the OG games though.

I finished the game and in terms of story, it has some good points but is tainted by the modern American politics. The gameplay loop itself is decent as it plays more like a rougelike with looting and crafting while avoiding environmental hazards. It does seem inspired by the stalker series but lacks any aesthetic that shows it is set in the year it claims to be.
I rate it as, don't play it or at least play it without voices on so you can ignore the DEI influenced story.
Also follow the instructions on the mission panel especially on using the LIM shield. You won't waste a run if you follow it.
I don't care for the identity politics and found it had no effect on the story or the gameplay. Game was fantastic, music was fantastic, the story is mediocre. You certainly don't have to play it without voices.
Its the Diversity Equity Inclusion initiative whose aims is actually good but whose actions shows that they are as corrupted as other organizations and many just use it to get high paying positions in corporations.

You seem to miss my point - by "rinse and repeat" I mean you will be repeatedly grinding wrecked cars apart with your scrapper, and your "tools" breaks very easily which can be annoying for some people - sure, it has some variations when it comes to enviornments, but in general they are all the same; what starts out to be a surprise will eventually become unsurprising.
Also, it's hardly a rougelike because when you die, you don't start from zero with full health and an empty inventory - it doesn't fully reset you like some true rougelike games do.
So it's hardly a roguelike becuase you keep one thing - your car - the thing the game is built around? Doesn't make sense lol come on... Not to mention it's also an survival game so some resource grind would be expected, and even when you have to farm resources it manages to keep the tension high as ever.
As to your first comment, I've got a rtx 3060 laptop and I play the game at high details with 60 fps, you must have a badly optimized computer.
When your car gets destroyed it remains that way, and the game will break even more parts when you get teleported. So if you get destroyed repeatedly, you will eventually arrive at a point where you run out of resource and can't fix your car anymore.
Does that still sound like a roguelike?

Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)

for me it already crashed 3 times, wouldn't be a problem if you could save anytime you want, but when you spend ~30 minutes in a single zone, and that progress is gone, it's just bad.

are you using winrar, or 7zip to extract, if 7zip please use winrar so it tells you what part is messed up. (also) you should have your antivirus turned off. if its not turned off, its likely a file or few is missing and thus giving you an issue. everything you downloaded should be in "rar" format. if your using the torrent site, then your on your own and im unsure how your here commenting on the parts website instead of the torrent site.
Any "cracked/pirated" content to anything including software like IDM, EXCEL, ETC are all going to have "false positives" (some may actually be viruses depending on where you got them) from here however. I can contest, i still have access to my computer after using this site for id say going on 5 years now. (profile says 2), but i had disqus before they swapped to fast comments system. Anyways, one key note. Make sure your downloading "rar" files, and that the sizes of said files match with what theyre supposed to match with, and use a download manager like IDM, XDM, Jdownloader etc so your able to manage the parts your downloading/ continue or pause a download properly, limit speeds of the download if need be.
