Which is a battle between Trademarks, in this case, the game dev never had any intention to own the words "oblivion" or "oblivion override" and even if they did, "oblivion override" would still pass without getting any copyright strike since they don't try to own "oblivion" which is a part of Zenimax's licensed trademarks
