Hi how do i launch the game? the RisingLords.exe doesn't work. It make me look for steam in windows store.

Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "TENOKE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
