You need to download the base game for the "SFW" version of the game. If you want the uncensored version of the game with all of the H-scenes viewable ("NSFW" version) then download the uncensor patch as well. Either way, you need to download the base game.
A patch is never a replacement for an entire base game but rather some program code that supplements or partially replaces whatever program code that is already within a base game. I hope that this helps you~! 🙂
