Confirmed thanks wanderer64. You are correct this solved this issue. Where did you find this information might I ask, it was super useful and nowhere to be found.
Solution: Use command Prompt: cmd or command at windows start menu then go to main directory then use command "Ragnarock.exe -vr" Remove the quote marks of course.
Solution2: Create shortcut to Ragnarock.exe and in target option put "X:\GameDirectory\Ragnarock.exe -vr" Remove quotes. Change the X to your drive letter and make sure its your directory to the game files.

thanks for sharing works removing the other parameter and adding -vr
