It says it's in English, but I'm not convinced that could be considered English. It's like it's been machine translated. Incredibly difficult to understand, but often unintentionally hilarious. It's also rather sexist and misogynistic - if you have an issue with that as I do, consider yourself warned.
Also, most of the characters look really, really fucking weird. Some of them have faces like a bashed crab.
Oh, I also forgot to mention: the UI has issues. Sometimes you can hide it, sometimes you can't. Sometimes you can skip through the dialogue, sometimes trying will hang the game.
