Was always a fan of the old school Mario Teaches Typing which also introduced Charles Martinet in his first official role as Mario. Takes some doing to run it on current PCs since it uses DOS, but it's kind of worthwhile if you're a fan of the retired iconic VA.
For running classic DOS games on a PC with Windows 3.1 and above, try using the freeware x86 EMU, DOSBox.
Also, if the DOS game appears to run too fast because your CPU is too fast for the game then also try using freeware "CPUKiller" which allows you to slow down your CPU's speed so that the game can run at the speed of the CPU that it was originally designed for.
