I guess it could be because your AV deleted the crack file? try reinstalling the game after temporarily disabling AV.
The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code m-a-l-w-a-r-e! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t! :)
You can whitelist a file in th AV: -> 1. make sure av is off,and game is working -> go the settings of AV ,my AV has a part where it is called Quarantine,and whitelist the crackfiles. To know which one,open the game.iso ->open crack folder.you see their names. open the installed game folder,choose the files which have the same name,add it to the whitelist. It will now ignore those files.
For Firewall: ->open firewall-settings.there are options like including or excluding files to gain/block access to internet BY Rules.Here you set a rule ->edit/select new rule,choose the .exe which starts the game exclude/block this file.
As noted when you boot the game up, the english language stuff is all community-provided, so your mileage may vary. The previous version, 0.9, had a pretty decent translation going for it, though, so hopefully it stays good.
I don't know if this is because I use win7 or it's particular to TENOKE release or some other things. But TENOKE TPB torrent release crack seems broken, I need to overwrite the steam api dll with the one from earlier non-TENOKE release in TPB. This does not only apply to this game but another TENOKE torrent release Tale of Immortal. Keep the working steam api dll saved, people.
Did you download all the patches or just the latest one? I think you need all of them installed in order, the new update is just the new update, but you need the old updates still

This is (asofthiscomment v1.0.1228b56) not as latest as TENOKE torrent version from TPB's dauphong (asofthiscomment is version v1.0.0104b56 with update patch torrents included). But maybe it contains the working crack (steam api dll file)? At least I got the working crack by using the cracked steamapidll from non-Tenoke one also uploaded by dauphong (to be precise I got the less than 1GB version v1.0.1116b49).
Yeah, but I think it runs. TENOKE torrents uploaded by dauphong in tpb do has latest update to Beast Manor (download the full version torrent then download the update patch torrents, see the version), but the crack does not seem to work. So you use the crack from this one (to be exact I'm using Heros.Adventure.v1.0.1116b49 torrent) and apply it to the TENOKE's one to get the latest version (you copy the steam api dll to wulin_data/plugins/x86_64)
Search in piratebay sites for "road to passion". Sort for uploaded date. Download the latest base game (asofnow v1 0 1201b54-TENOKE) then the next 3 update patches (the numbering is month-date pair).
That probably means the crack does not work. Try overwriting the steam api dll with the one from non-TENOKE Heros.Adventure.v1.0.1116b49 torrent by tpb's dauphong. It's one with less than 1GB and I think in RAR archive file.
Assuming it's just instant black screen then close, it's probably crack issue. If it's just black screen and won't close, maybe your machine is a bit potato and you aren't patient enough (wait 1-2 mins maybe).
commenting for other folks here. this game looks phenomenal if you like turn based. a must if you know chinese. I find it rare to be excited to watch a pixel graphic game. I'm gonna try this game after finishing watch dog 2. thanks Igg.
if you look in the page or comment below, it mentioned that there is English Language support in game and I also saw a gameplay before that also has English in it
