Is the file missing? Check the game folder. You should have a file named nw.dll. If you don't or the size doesn't match the one in the picture above, re-extract the game.
Let's try a different route. I have multiple instances of this game. One is an .iso which uses an installer, as opposed to this version on site, which doesn't. I can link you that if you wanna try it?
I tried v1.0.1679, used the steamclient_loader to run the game client. But why the game on fullscreen became very laggy, but when not in fullscreen it's really smooth (but too small), i tried to manually dragging the window, as the window get bigger, the lower the fps became... Can't figure out what's the problem, anyone can help? thx
