If you guys are still interested in modding the game, I found out how to make it work with this cracked version. Typically, in the Payday 3 modding tutorials, they tell you to add the line: -fileopenlog to the Steam or Epic Games launcher or the direct .exe file. The direct .exe file does not work because it requires the internet crack and obviously there is no launcher.
Instead, you would have to add this line (-fileopenlog) into the OnlineFix.json file in the same directory as the xBoxLiveAuth. Just add the line in the quotes in the arguments section and the mods should work. After that, just follow the ordinary mod installation instructions on the YT videos.

unable to matchmake no matter what I do I got the prompt and entered the login for my nebula account despite my xbox account already being linked. How do I reset the game so that I can just restart the whole process since now I am stuck in infinite matchmaking. I've tried deleting localappdata and I extracted the game again but changed the file location still nothing... PLS HELP
Downloaded, played a couple heists and everything is working perfectly. The only issue is that my infamy only went up when I completed the combat tutorial, and all heists and tutorials after don't give me any infamy. Is this a limitation of the crack, or is it a bug within the game?
Update: Progression kicked in after I turned the game off and left my pc for a couple of hours. So it works, it just takes a while for whatever reason.
I had that error too; it happens because the xbox live account doesn't have a username/game profile attached to it just log into xbox.com with your account to make one and then it will work
so, in order to play at all. we first need to have a friend who has it? or perhaps this cracked copy as well? or am i misunderstanding this somewhat? (not new to online fixs stuff at all. but, ive not had to be invited to play a cracked game (even server sided).
Do I really have to explain what a false positive is? The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code m-a-l-w-a-r-e! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t! :)
custom.dll is flagged as a virus usually. so it gets quarantined by the antivirus, check your anti-virus and restore the file. everything should work after that
