The game is not in English. One of two reviews in English says there is a fan translation mod on their discord. I didn't bother to try it.

Alright, so I've played this game for a while and this is basically Dyson Sphere Program but it's an idle game. That's it. I don't know about english translation before so I just click everything lol.

Thanks for the comment, it caught my attention as I have played over 3000 hours of factorio and then some dyson sphere program, so I don't need to bother with this lol. About time to go back to the factory.
