why use torrents now days? use IDM and get these in parts, or j downloader, or XDM one of those 3 will suffice. two are free idm is trail based. parts take way less time. use a vpn i.e. proton (uncapped download speed on a free account)
no limit on many of the host sites. if your net speed is fast. using a download manager solves the time issue as you can make the dl have the same speed. and no, if have an issue with torrent files, then its ALL fucked. but with parts then its JUST that ONE part that needs redownloaded. most the time the installer, or extractor will tell what part you need to get.
Got it on gamepass,,,,,, IMHO, not worth your time or effort.
The graphics are dated, they're on par with Fallout 4. The gun play is ,,,,, worse than Fallout 4. Character customization is lackluster and less than Fallout 4.
You'll spend more time on loading screens than playing the game and my pc, barring the initial loading into the game flies through loading screens. They're like at the max 2 or 3 seconds, but there's a loading screen for everything.
The inventory is unnecessarily convoluted and as is typical for Bethesda games all the icons and shit are HUGE.
I had a huge list of complaints about the game, especially taking into account the amount of time this game was baking but beyond what I've got here, I just don't care.
i think your lost, considering so SO many people have 100s of hours into this game now. some of your claims (inventory etc) valid. but there are mods to fix it. (if i could get the shit to work on this game but so far im lackin) never the less...
your claim on graphics is "ehh" considering this game is poorly optimized you need a 4080/90 to even get 60fps on ultra/high settings. for the most part a 5800x and 2070s ftw3 does good enough.
load screens are bad if your trying to run this on a shit nvme or hard drive. but considering my longest load time is less that 4 seconds, i cant agree. your nags arent all valid for everyone. telling people to "pass" a space version of fall out 4? i mean????
You think my opinion is invalid because some people like the game, keeping with that my opinion is even more VALID because so many people actually dislike the game as well for the very reasons I stated, and MANY MORE.
Shove your opinion straight up the hole you think my opinion belongs.
Or, you know, you both can just agree to disagree and move on with your lives. Sometimes you'll like a game, sometimes you don't, and it doesn't matter which one it is, either is perfectly fine. In my opinion, it's best to just let everyone build their own opinion and decide for themselves whether or not they like something without trying to influence them.
oh no bud, your for sure lost. coming to a site your "got it for free" to make these statements at... you have your opinion sure. but telling others to "pass" on it? where as "it wasnt worth the time it took for my internet to download it in my opinion" would had sufficed. never the less, you can continue to pout and cry on a free site. while still enjoying the benefits of downloading and commenting.
to be right on par with ya, stupid was downloading 120gb game to play for a few hours or so. then complain about it? im stupid in the sense i got it for free, and played for xxx hours. and purchased the game! now, i probably wont reply to you again. post your complaints at Bethesda/steams page. it may actually help something.
lol closer to gen X in retrospect but sure my age is 33 so? but unimportant honestly. do tell, when did one time say you were "wrong"? just in the wrong place to debate the games issues dude. tell the devs that you pirated their game and dislike it. maybe theyll fix some of these issues. mods sure are tho. never the less, your still going to complain on a site that gives the shit for free whereas it does no actual good nor does anyone really hear you?
For those of you on the fence about buying it. You can get it on PC game pass for 9.99, technically you're renting it, but you'll have access to a shit ton of other games at the same time. Spend your 30 hours beating it and decide if it's worth it at that point.
Also, if you want to know how well your pc can run the game. Just look up "can I run it", it'll be the first result and let it test your PC. It's safe.
Wait a few months and get it from Steam for half price. Don't pay that 69.99 bullshit.
Short answer: That's a really good question which should be asked from Bethesda Game Studios. I would guess, too many assets for an engine that's out of date.
===================================== Reading through Reddit, there are people who are playing it on HDD with no problem (yet?). The game will install on a HDD and won't ask for a SSD during installation or play.
If I had to guess as to why they asked for SSDs, I'd say lack of optimization. Their engine is quite old reportedly. It's not unlike the craze of "DLSS dependence" of recent games.
Historically, Bethesda games (their Creation Engine) have had a hard time loading too many assets. That was a problem I ran into when modding Fallout 4/Skyrim which you inevitably had to do. The game would constantly freeze and the only thing that saved it was moving it to a SSD.
Apparently this time, BGS has officially asked for SSDs on vanilla game to avoid any possible issues.
SSDs will obviously provide faster loading times but besides that it'll offer a seamless open world gameplay (faster texture and assets streaming), way less texture streaming issues compared to an HDD, some games will have a performance gain in an SSD, and it can reduce input lag.
No way its already here LMFAO hhh eh i predownload it on game pass so i wait few more days to play it and stay out of all spoilers reviews etc. . But anyway love you all on this site for awesome work. I am here everyday but still no dead space remaster and jedi survivor + can't wait for phantom liberty and on and on . Peace my gamer bros and sis .
What a surprise, wasnt couning on that at all,at least for some weeks but you nailed it.AGAIN,yippiee Ooooooooohhhhh i am so hyped, excited, damn what a year. THX IGG Bless you ,bless you.♥️🤗😎👍 I was following this since it was first announced, and thought right away: "THis is it,it has all i want from an RPG(especially Sci-Fi Setting is a BIG PLUS) WOOOOHOOO
so.. i watch a bit of this game and.. it's not what i expected. Anw, thanks god i didn't pay for it. Thanks 4 the links, go file it's great 70 mb/s download
So either ur some fortnite generation tr4ah that never got to feel or understand what a Bethesda game means or youre jst another salty sonyer thatsmad that this jewel will never reach their decaying catalog…
that was served so cold that it froze my browser. +1 - theres too many salty sonyers believing they can have any sort of impact in a BETHESDA launch as if they where born yesterday
dam usually i dont say some shit like this, but you guys ON TOP OF IT i just heard about this game before work today and dam its already here.... now waiting for phantom liberty...curious since i own cb2077 legit, do i need to download the cracked copy in order to use the cracked phantom liberty DLC...
@For those who cannot use the update, it is definitely one of the following reasons:
You installed the game from somewhere else (I've seen this happen to some users below, even if they were using the GOG version, while I just uploaded the Steam version). The installer won't work, of course, because it's based on the release of IGGGAMES @_@... If you've downloaded the game elsewhere, then simply go there and use it. update from them, as they will also create updates based on their releases, it will definitely work for you. I don't think they leave users alone or at least don't warn when users use any random update on the internet. Sorry we can't help you in this case, we don't have enough time or hard drive to store dozens of versions of every other website on the internet, and then create an "update installer for abc.com", "update installer for xyz.com", "update installer for igg-games.com",...
If you are using several mods, it is possible that one of them has changed the original files of the game. Installer won't work, of course, because how does it know what files have been changed by that mod.
=> To fix, reinstall in order based on the post above. It definitely worked.
I think I figured out the problem. Complete user error and nothing to do with your patch. For anybody having trouble getting the Patch.exe, make sure you have all your Ultra.ini, High.ini, Medium.ini, and Low.ini in the main folder. I had previously deleted them for whatever reason, and just before I was about to completely redownload starfield, it hit me that that might be the issue. I replaced the ini files and BAM, it worked.
Heads up, I grabbed an update for the Rune crack from elsewhere. It did update to 1.9.51 and your 1.9.51 patch.exe now see the Starfield.exe and says its up to date but something with this Patch.exe isnt seeing Starfield.exe 1.8.88. So idk🤷♂️
Change the language in steamemu.ini. If it doesn't work, change the voicelanguage files in the Starfield.ini. For german i changed the last line to this: sResourceEnglishVoiceList=Starfield - Voices_de01.ba2, Starfield - Voices_de02.ba2, Starfield - Voices_de_Patch.ba2
The same thing happened to me recently with cyberpunk and someone gave me the audio files. I just had to put them in the game folder and that's it. I guess the game is missing audio files. If someone can give us a link to download it it will be solved
for any (who needs to know) if your worried that your save game state wont work with the paid version of the game, well your worries are spared.
save game loads without doing anything at all. no folder changes, swaps etc. just loaded the game (from STEAM) after it downloaded finally and it booted up with my current settings from the cracked copy as well as saved states, character level, items, etc. all there and good! (as for trophies well...that im pretty sure you know the answer too. lvl 50 myself and have 0 trophies. but (they can be obtained with new game plus i think....i suppose ill come back and answer that later?
Just to make a note. The saved games don't work with the Gamepass version. It stores the saves in a different format.
If you are going to buy the game I suggest the Steam version anyway since the extra protections on the exe in the Gamepass/MSstore version make modding it more of a pain.
Also, to add. if you want achievements to work. youll need a specific mod to do so. which does work. i was level 52 and had 0 achievements at all. used the work around mod. and now well... im on NG+2 atm so i have yet to even start the main story.
MY pc specs: i5 11400 16gb Ram GTX 1060 6gb. I have no issue playing current games since I always set the games to low on my pc, but holly fucckk this game made my computer beg me to upgrade my beloved 1060. I couldn't even move without stuttering...
Edit: SSD was the problem alright, transfered it to my ssd and the sttutering was gone :v
Stuttering is definitely due to lack of SSD on your side, other components are sufficient for LOW gaming. I would advise to to buy SSD - does not have to be M.2 1-2GB in size. You can get 250GB (even plain old SATA if you are on the budget) used for a very decent price and the gain in your case will be enormous (definitely worth few extra $$$)
i have i7 7700, rtx 3060ti, 16gb ram - i cant run this game for shit. my guess is the lack of SSD. I have SSD for my OS but nowhere near enough room for this game on it. it doesnt lie when it says SSD REQUIRED cuz even at ridiculous low settings the game is a stuttery mess
Yup same issue for me, it's a shame. I'll probably have to buy an SSD with some decent space and switch to that. Here's hoping a miracle happens and at some point they optimize it so that's no longer the case, but don't think that's too possible.
did you install it on an SSD ? this game is heavy on texture asset streaming . like even MW 2019 , if you try to play on an HDD , even with low settings it might crash . my best tip , just get a 35€ 500Gb SSD on the cheap , itll make you very happy for those kind of games .
ps i myself , bought a 4Tb SSD just for that same reason .
Starfield may be of most interest to those who want a space experience. It is a good simulator. I hope you have enough free space for your installation 😊. Gameplay --> https://youtu.be/P2iRC-80Ups
Étant donné que la majorité de tous les jeux sont développés par des sociétés américaines, je m'attendrais à ce que la plupart d'entre eux soient en anglais.
Looking at the initial reviews, this is apparently pretty light on the bugs when compared to other open world games and damn near immaculate when compared to previous Bethesda games. So far, the average seems to be the occasional minor glitch that will either right itself or can be fixed with a quick-load...looks like the year delay did them good.
Dont even try to waste your time dowloading this game if you dont have at least an SSD for storage requirement. The experience in completly unplayable, random freezes all the time, huge load time between scenes, audio lost, several time loading some textures
Goddamn, this game is so unoptimized. I can't even move five steps without the game cutting out sound or literally freezing on me for like 2 seconds at a time.
It sucks that any patch won't come until a decent bit after the official release. Anyone else experiencing this at all or is it just me?
I dunno, man. I have a 1660 super, i'm no pc geek, i bought the parts my buddy built it for me and that was that. Not needed an upgrade since I got it and I run a lot of games. I'm fairly certain I'm decently(?) above the minimum requirements... I get no FPS issues/stutter either.
As for upgrading, I unfortunately just don't have the means to do so right now.
Yeah, I dunno. I've tried two of the current optimization mods and they haven't done anything. I hope you're right, cause I was super hype for the game :c
If it works it works mate, I'm guessing the 1070 Ti is a soft minimum and a 1660 is the hard minimum, the 1660 does bring (slightly) better tech to the table than the 1060 at least.
But eh, start saving up for a replacement, if Starfield is an indicator, games are just gonna get heavier and heavier
The problem with this is that most objects, scenarios and characters are not pre-shaded. Apparently only a small fraction, so that loading times are not too long. A HDD cannot process these waves of MBs.
But there is another possibility: I saw on Amazon today that Samsung has a really good 1TB SSD on offer. From 110€/$, down to 50. Would vllt be a possibility. I had ordered one directly. :)
Yeah when I get the spare funding to actually go for that kinda stuff I'll probably go and upgrade it and then see if I can run the game ssd with my 1660 at decent speeds. If not, I'll work on upgrading to a newer card at some point too.
Thank you for the actual reason as to why an SSD is required.. shame, still, but good to know the mechanics behind it. Cheers!
disable vsync and some of the other settings, it can mildly help, i disabled vsync, motion blur ( i just don't like it), and the upscaling ( random post on reddit recommended) and i stopped freezing so much when i'd turn
Unlike some people, I actually do have a life outside of stealing steam reviews, lying about being harassed on Discord, and keeping up with 12 different accounts,,,, you know, like you. (9 different accounts I mean, that I've been able to track)
Ain't got time for that. I would be more than willing to share my horse diddling mod for the sims though, I'm sure you'll enjoy it thoroughly.
I don't have nearly enough space on my SSD, which is my C: Drive where my windows n such goes.
I have it on my HDD. Is that really my issue? I think my friend was running it without same issues, only FPS issues on HDD. I'll check with em later. If that really is the case then I'm kinda screwed lol
I suppose I'll just have to wait until I'm able to buy an upgraded graphics card and a better SSD then. If a 2tb SSD is 80 bucks that should be easy to get later in the future, but rn budget is tight so im kinda fucked for a while. Thanks to everybody in this thread educating me on wtf is my problem, cheers!
SSD is mandatory as others have already pointed out. Probably to hide the fact the game is seriously unoptimized and is basically a loading screen simulator.
for ALL who wish to have an unsupported language, GOTO nexus mods! id almost bet youll find what your looking for there! at least i JUST seen an ass load of language mods. (bare in mod, as with all mods. sometimes things may not work 100% or some words may not be as they should) cant say for sure. but just a warning so someone doesnt come back and complain to me for trying to help those who need this!
na man, that ain't the case here. in the installer Copy all the contents was selected from rune folder was selected. but still steam pop up. copied and replace the contents of the folders again but same prob. I've face the exact same issue before with another Rune crack. didn't find a clue why this was happening
Hey folks, just posting here cause its the end of the year, have no interest in this game. Was wondering what the big release this year was? Baldur's Gate? Starfield? Was there one? I played mostly Nioh2, a game from like 3 years ago...
Tbh the story is good.....with the NG+ feature means players will be coming back for more......it is just........it is 2023...... they really need to move on from their old engine.........it is not working anymore........
while i wouldn't exactly call it a masterpiece in terms of performance, it's definitely playable even at max settings, just gotta have a pc that isn't from the past decade as usual with AAA games
it is not their fault entirely..... creation engine has its limits.. but transitioning to another engine quickly is not an easy task and not to mention the cost....
Yeah right... it surely will cost an arm and a leg for Bethesda to transplant all their shit to Unreal Engine series, won't it? Stop defending lazy developers like you are an IT of the entire industry.
using the unreal engine comes with huge costs, yes, plus a lot of sniffing around customers PCs so would definitely keep away a fair share of people on top of the usage fees
It's mesmerizing to me, how many kids nowadays don't have a single idea, how to crack a downloaded game
Back in the day, you were lucky if you get .nfo file which actually opened and had instructions inside but today, 15 years or so after the fact, kids spend hours upon hours on PC's yet they have no clue about basic stuff like cracking games
So what's the age range on this website? 2004? Younger than that? Yes, it's a serious question
whats actually amazing is how "a claimed grown ass (man, female?) is here trying to clown/down people about not being able to "click" copy crack to folder directly. its an oversight that MOST will forget. the vids help kind of that igg has. havent looked in along time. ISO files/deamon suit is no longer needed either afaik, as its all done in the installer now. although a "click is still needed" as i mentioned that most FAIL to see. most on this site pay no attention. its not an "age" thing. its a "human nature" deal.
in all honesty you could had told whoever the fuck that was to simply "copy the crack contents of the crack folder into the games directory". dont be a dick. (for the record im 33.)
offended lol nahh, i was clownin persoanlly about not being able to hit click. but still serious as to helping someone else out. who knows, you may actually end up with a free paid game at the end of the year like i did for being "most helpful" a year or so ago. me and one other got the title. either way, be a smart ass. but be a smart ass while being helpful.... make em confused.
"dude idk, i think you should try hitting that little check box that says copy crack content to folder" or some shit like that... age isnt the issue however. not all cracks are done the same. installers have an option, some dont. some require you to copy a folder, some dont. others simply just download the game and extract and go...
You wrote me an 11 lines long paragraph for... what exactly? Telling me how you're not offended?
So I made a joke and I'm laughing at others on internet, lol. Big deal. You can grow up now, preferably while you're stroking your "Most helpful" internet badge on your chest, hope you feel strong, full and proud
I dam near always write alot dude. very few cases i dont. if you see most my other comments here theyre all long af for no reason really. i suppose 4 months late, thank the loser up top. or whatever his name is for me being back here to see this.
i just dont get it, the tricks we used to have to pull to get these games to work on our potatoes back then were intense and we learned, grew and became capable pc users. learning is a dead donkey today. if it isnt click and play to these chumps then the river of tears flows...
I remember having to use A.X.E. an old school hex editor and following a page long set of instructions to crack my own game.
For like the last 10 or so years it's literally be as easy as drag and drop and you're good to go but even that's to hard for the participation trophy generation.
Im 22 going on 23 i know how to crack games and can usually figure it out even find missing files ect but i do think its common knowledge or atleast should be but someones gotta teach the kids
Not to take up too much of your time, but I just wanted to add to this discussion by saying that I too used to meticulously spend time learning how to navigate around purchasing various newly released game titles throughout my younger years, which, essentially, made me into, as someone else mentioned, "a capable PC user;" however, as is the case sometimes with the things that we learn during our lives, we forget.
Admittedly, I felt pretty silly whenever I scrolled down to view the comment section in hopes to see if anyone knew where the crack was located, but then I came across this whole thread-like trail of responses to someone who had asked for assistance to the very issue I was currently facing; furthermore, this whole trail of responses have only been, effectively, dedicated to bashing someone for having even asked or seeking help from this site's community in the first place.
Thankfully, the moderators of this site are wonderful people, as one of them took the time to provide a straightforward and clear solution to OP's question in the comment directly below the one to which I am responding.
However, prior to the moderator's helpful intervention, no one, not a single one of you, took the time to consider that OP is just a person who could benefit from the information that you are able to provide; and what's more, there was very little consideration to the FACT that the solution in question had been, inarguably, one that was once sought by each and every fucking one of you, arrogantly-disillusioned pieces of human shit, as well, at some point within your stupid, self-righteous, and cringe-ass-fuck lives.
Nevertheless, my reasoning behind why I was searching for the same answer to OP's question is because I'm not a child anymore; thus, I do not need (nor have long since needed) to go through the process of cracking games on my PC because I am an adult, and like most adults, I have money. Do you see where I am going with this? I'll explain anyway, especially since you type's love reading full-on paragraphs that expand past 11 lines of sentences. =)
Typically, I like to use the money that's at my disposal to support the developer's of titles that I enjoy, whenever I get the opportunity; however, since this is a Bethesda game, and since I've been repeatedly let down by them in the past whenever they've released a new game, I decided to make an informed decision (like an adult) and hold off on purchasing this title, and instead, downloading it for free to see whether it is worth purchasing before choosing to do so, which is, absolutely, the optimal solution for avoiding, an otherwise, disappointing outcome, wouldn't you say, genius?
Lastly, and, respectfully, go fuck yourselves for taking a shot at OP for seeking help from any of you useless plagues of human existence; I genuinely hope that each of you step on a Lego whenever you wake up to go piss tomorrow morning.
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
Also possible that they didn't fully copy all the update files over; I know that I just grabbed the EXE because the file sizes for the other files were all the same, and it was giving me the error as well; had to get ALL the files over to make it work.
this "new driver" has been installing JUST the physx part only for 30 min now... on a pretty decent setup. pretty sure somethings fucked...or its actually this big...
Unfortunately I can't save the game. And the game tells me that saving is not possible even though the game is running in admin mode. Saving manually is grayed out, so it's also not possible.
Game crashes the whole PC after a few seconds in the starting Area. Result in Black Screen and the Fans ramping up. Only restart is possible. Anyone a solution for this? All Drivers and Windows a on the newest version.
May i ask,did you overclocked your cpu? If yes revert it to default.
If no try this, but it is something you have to try while game is windowed mode(open the game but dont start the game, just main menu):
Open Taskmanager->change to detailed view->look for the starfield.exe ->rightclick on it and select change/set affiliation(since i use german OS this a translated explaination),here you can now turn off/on all the cores.Try to reduce them, example the last 4cores turn them off,if still remains try 6 or 8 cores.
You have 12 core cpu,so reducing could help,BUT usually if Fans ramping up like you said, its mostly the gpu.
In that case you can try using older drivers, check if its the only game who ramps the fans up,if not could be sign to CLEAN all the fans GPU-CPU-wise. I know alot of ppl who didnt clean inside of PC,just because they dont know and maybe abit scared to do so. IF yes everything is clean and other demanding games work fine, then its a problem which needs software-fix,means waiting for a patch.
Hello everyone, i have issues with the dialogues, i don't hear them, I Hear everything except the dialogue does anyone know how to resolve this? Thank you :D
That's usually an indicator that one of the parts you downloaded is corrupt. When the archive is unpacking the contents, it reached a corrupt point and could not continue. All of the parts should be 5GBs except part 19, which may be smaller. I would check the file sizes for each part, they should all be the same except 19.
corrupted download, or your antivirus is removing some files. if its on, add your igg downloads to a specific folder, then add that folder to your antivirus exclude list. youll also wanna add your igg games folder (where you install igg games at) to an ignore list in your antivirus.
Are you installing on an external hard drive or an internal hard drive? (usually with large games, they cannot be installed on an external hard drive, I don't know why, but a lot of people have this problem).
Have you tried turning off AV when installing, maybe it is blocking something during the installation process. The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code m-a-l-w-a-r-e! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn't! :)
your going to be passing on ALOT of new games coming out that are open world such as this if thats the case. just purchase a decent 1tb nvme, and a saberant nvme usb external case to use it in. unless your using a desktop that will hold another nvme. (dont install windows on your nvme) use a normal ssd for that. boot times are not better when you have the nvme filled up. ssd stays the same.
There have been many posts on a variety of sites that indicate that the game will run from an HDD, but it may experience 'glitchy' issues when doing so. Most people who are running it from a HDD say it's fine.
6 hours? Pfft, what a casual. Not planning to download it yet, but started for a bit to check my ETA at my max speed (which I'm not able to consistently have anyway) and... 1 day and 8 hours!
6 hours...lucky..miss my old place had fiber... now im using ISP mint service which is DOG SHIT! took me nearly an entire day downloading in parts (most one at a time 20-50min each part) ispmint uses cell towers. its the "best" i cant get here where i live now... for the price tho.... its horrible way more than fiber, windstream, and tmo combined!
Is the current torrent version already last version (1.10.32) or do you have to install the update anyway ? I installed the game and went to options, its written it is in v1.7. So I downloaded the 1.10.32 update. When installing It says the game is already in that last version... but still v1.7 in game options
nvidia never released an official way to use frame gen on 3000 series cards. i did use a mod to make it work on my (now sold) 3070ti ftw3 card i had, which worked fine. But never seen an option to enable it natively thru starfield (another game i own legit) it does indeed work without modding on 4070ti/4000 series cards. But, im curious to how your using this without "modding" it? did Bethesda add this feature to allow 3000 series, or did nvidia do this and i missed the memo?
strange right? I do not know how? I just did a fresh install and as soon as I checked it on settings, Frame Generation enable to turn on. I was thinking if RUNE modified it or something else. so far i've never used any mod for starfield
yea for sure strange, but i hadn looked into what starfield put in themselves. FSR3 to DLSS FG mods work fine, and FSR3 is working (i believe?) in Starfield.
never the less, my 3070ti wouldnt allow FG without the FSR3 to DLSS+FG mod files from github, with disabled signature verifications. (hogwarts legacy too) but it crashed, even on my 4070ti with legit drivers and files on a paid version.
still, strange to see you have a 3000 series gpu with FG working and no mods. I figured someone would had said something by now. Suppose ill be doing some slight digging.
its telling you your missing stuff in your installation. perhaps check the folders and see if the files (errored out) are there or not. when this happened with me, it was indeed bc they were "missing" or due to "privileges" not being had by the installer.
but its also giving you the reason for it failing "invalid hash" meaning somethings not matching up, you missed an update, are using GOG when this is steams version, are using another sites version etc. one of those are indeed your reason.
as you can see, there are several update files relating to this update. make sure you have the correct one, as its likely you do not.
SSD required but, theres one thing you could try. partitioning your harddrive so its in smaller pieces (i do NOT mean cut it literally) doing this is key to making one part faster than the others. although, it will mean certain parts are slightly slower bc of this.
its a medium task and im not sure how to tell you how to do this, but youtube and google can help. its what i used to do before getting SSD.
P.S. even a 2.5in SSD would help you (even without being NVME) a cheap one is 20 dollars which is around 120gb give or take. vaskey is a cheap option that i used in my start of this pc issue ive acquired over the years. (wish used to have them for next to nothing) not sure they do now as i havent been on wish in along time. either way, SSD, NVME is your best option but making the HDD have partitions is a free option.
Game will not launch. I double click the application but nothing comes up. My pc will run Uncharted 4. The Last of Us. and Baldur's Gate 3 but not this game.
I reinstalled the original Starfield rune installer from here then updated to 1.9.51.0 and it installed however I still can't launch the game. I get the sl.interposer.dll missing error. And even when I add a sl.interposer.dll from online it just doesn't work.
PS. I just tried the 1.8..86 patch, to check if the installer worked. Granted it said version was up to date but that patcher was able to see the .exe.
Opps, I just read your comment below, which website did you install this game from? Note, I don't know who El Amig or whatever is. I only create updates based on my releases (and mine is based on RUNE). Just install in the order above, it definitely works.
Ive only used IGG for the last 9 or so years. I downloaded the base game and all the updates from here with no issues (literally my first issue in 9 years), except for the 1.9.51. Not sure why Patch.exe for 1.9.51 wont see Starfield.exe 1.8.88. However the Patch.exe for 1.8.86 does see the Starfield.exe. Then after using the other 1.9.51 update I found that works with the RUNE version, the Patch.exe for 1.9.51 sees Starfield.exe and says the file is already up to date.
Its definitely the correct file path. Its the same issue Vossler is getting. Im thinking the 1.9.51 update may be for the El Amigos crack rather than the Rune crack?
Someone can help me please? I have the license error I did EXACTLY everything like in tuto posted by roosevelt2362 but it doesn't changed. Please someone can check that?
After installing the game, updates several times, and problem with launching the game. I have noticed a certain correlation. If the installation of any patch closes by itself and there is no way to click on "finish", it breaks the whole installation. You have to install the game from the beginning. After installing several times I finally succeeded and all patches went in correctly.
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
I have a solution for those who get an error or the game won't launch. because your game version is 1.7.33, you need to download the V1.7.36.0 update. after finished updating copy crack to starfield. for V1.8.86 repeat as previous update do the same. gdluck
broken UPDATE V1.8.86 game couldn't launch and exe running in the background. I have tried many methods but it didn't work. Well, I deleted this game and downloaded it again

Just download the dll file separately from google and paste it to the starfield folder. I pasted it in the main folder and the dx12 folder too, where other.dll files are being. It worked for me .
The first time running the game it has to do some sort of decompression or some shit like that. When I played it there was an actual progress bar(literally saying such, for first time run). I got it off the pc game pass so the versions may work differently.
It is not version v1.7.36.0 or crack is not good and disguise version as .23. Make it impossible to apply some mods that I was expecting to use/test with this download.
So... is the game any good? I am tired of reading comments talking about technical stuff. Make yourself useful and reply to this comment with a detailed veredict about the game already. And don't forget to close the door on your way out. Thank you very much.
The gun play is cheap and generic, only difference between this and fallout is VATS. The graphics are on par with Fallout, yes it requires more resources to run the game but that doesn't mean it's better graphics.
Quests are thin and plain. Basically, as wide as an ocean but only as deep as a puddle.
Everything is empty, I get it, space is empty and not every planet is going to be inhabited IN REAL LIFE. But this is a game.
The settlement system is,,,, well just like Fallout but the resources are named something different and the graphics look space age instead of junky. At least in this game shit looks good when crammed together.
Weaponry DOES NOT SCALE. That sweet pistol you picked up and modded is useless in a couple of levels.
Lockpicking is tedious and time consuming. I'd much rather have the old school lock picking as I can pick those locks in seconds.
Only thing I found really fun was ship building, but since EVERYTHIGN is locked behind a skill you won't get for ages and ages it takes 60% of the game before you can build something ACTUALLY FUNCTIONAL AND FUN.
Also, there are TONS of NON SKIPPABLE animations. Like getting in and out of your chair, taking off and landing, grav jumping etc. After you've watched them a few times you should be able to skip but you can't. Getting into your chair is an 8 second animation, that shit adds up over time.
And yes, there are far to many loading screens but if your pc is decent they're pretty quick.
I got the game on game pass, Being bugthesda I knew it would be buggy and plain but I like sci-fi shit. This game is NOT worth the asking price. Wait a year after they release a couple of DLC and steam will put it on sale for next to nothin'.
after 100hrs in the game, i agree with ya finally. most quests were...well...what were they? besides the only one anyones really gonna remember which is the pirate quest.
gunplay was imo better than fallout 4 but, i havent played fo4 in ALONG time. i was on my 2nd go thru, and i never one time touched the main story again. which is well...unlike a bethesda game for me really. i wont go into all the shit you did. but graphics, maxed out looked pretty good on my end. although i have a 5800x, 3070ti, 32gb ram, 4tb nvme storage, and some other nice to haves. so maybe that helped some my first roam thru.
i paid for the game after playing for a while via cracked copy, but i quickly lost interest. and felt like i had wasted that shit not long after going back and fourth with you. however, i did not wait around for some shit to "level" up. i instead said FUCK THIS and used the one thing i knew to use when needing a skill i didn have. which in turn may had helped sway me from the game since the experiences werent being experienced anymore. but never the less, until they add some real dlc shit, allow a mfr to use a spaceship on planet, etc. ill keep eyeballing starcitizen like ima waste more money on a space game....
coopers point below is mostly valid. but you dont "use a loading screen" unless you refuse mods. (i own the game i thought it was that good) plus i couldn get mfn mods to work. BUT AT THE TIME i didn know that nexus was installing the mods in the wrong mfn place. (there was a mod released that fixed it lmao) never the less, the games a bethesda game! if you like their other titles then youll like this one too. "not fan boy type shit either" in general. the game for me on my 2070s 5800x 4x8 setup ran ok. im on a 3070ti with that same config now and haven played since new game + 2 as i found some other games i wished to beat as well.
now gun play for the game is pretty good imo, flying a ship is good enough although to the defense of "flying to a planet" even with said mod, it would take ALONG TIME! to which "why would you" unless by now theres a mod that includes extra extra ship encounters? that im unaware of as i haven been keeping up. the game itself has ALOT of shit to do. most has been discovered i believe but its still got SO MUCH that can happen. if your not keen to downloading such a big ass game, then it updating and those downloaded files are "cucked" bc the update is all one big ass patch like CP2077 then i suggest downloading and trying it out. if you like it then dont update unless its content releases or you purchased. either way, nobody can tell you if it is or isnt a good game.
that is on you do decide alone. i personally like all beth games. been playing new vagas as of the past few weeks just bc. i will add gun play on starfield is way better than that of the others although some shit could be better done...
Well put. Many on here cry way too much. Bethesda Games are pretty much all Masterpieces. you just need the correct machine and settings to run certain games at Pretty high settings. if anyone on here can do better than Bethesda, put your money where your mouth is and develop a better game with zero bugs.
It is game good ? YEAH it is if u played and had fun with fallout 4. U wanted to fly and upgrade your ship ? i must said sad think, this game is not about flying and destroy other ships. u just go from other plante to other with just LOADING SCREEEN. When u was once on planet u can just Teleport to them. I wanted something like no man sky, production of Game AAA with upgrading your ship and grinding with other misions and more, more. But it isnt. Just FALLOUT 4
honestly, for as shallow as starfield is, no man sky is even shallower, they just dropped some "content" updates over years to make it look like it has depth now but all mechanics are literally as shallow as a halfway dried mud puddle
i was on discord for a game where we post notification for something that spawn in game to help others notified and still i get attacked for no reason. shit is hostile these days but hey, got to keep on being positive. just note to myself to click allow so download starts to work in future when i forget about basic stuff about cracking to play.
I downloaded the Game the Day it was released here on the Site. I went on Vacation and now i downloaded the Update. My Question is: It says "all DLCs"... Do I have to download the Game again or were all DLCs included the Day they released it here?
Talkin bout me? I was born in 87 and know how to do that kind of things. I was just asking if the DLCs were included in the original Upload on 5th September or if they added the DLCs later.
Ok, if you downloaded the game on day 1 of release and now you see that there is also a link to download the update and the separate language pack, must there be a reason or did they do it on purpose to confuse you? The funniest part is that you're also from '87
It was not always written in the Title. On Day one there was only Starfield Full Game and Language Pack. Nothing with DLCs and no Version Number. I think you didnt understand my Question because of my poor English. I downloaded it on day 1 and there was nothing but the game and the language packs. Now the Title says DLCs, so I´m asking if the DLCs are included in the Update File or not. It happened twice on this site that i had to dwonload the whole game again, because they added the DLCs in the Origin Game Download and uploaded it again.
I see and agree it wasnt in the Title from Day 1,Title changed after DLC´s came out,but would wait till 26 september, before downloading. DLC/Standalone Phantom Liberty comes then out🤗🤖 And it could mean downloading alot again, sadly.
PS:7uzifer it happened to me to,from time to time ;)
new nvidia driver plus the update made it WAY better imo. 5800x 2070s and now i can actually run on ultra settings without upscaling at like 40 fps. (in neon and Atlantis.
Had the same problem. Turnes out you need to install it on your main drive. Just about everyone (including me) whom had this problem, had it intalled on a external drive. So give it a shoot, move the install dir to your C: drive and see if it fixed it for ya
This game is really vicious in its requirements. It may not require you to buy the latest overpriced GPU but it will want you to have a better rig for your computer. Namely SSD and a decent CPU.
This patch, in my case, allowed me to continue playing the campaign since I did not get main missions after I finished to a certain point but as soon as I installed the patch I got the mission to continue the campaign, so if that happens to you I recommend installing it now .
if ever your unsure, you can actually ping a mod in and theyll check it for you, or you can simply "check it" yourself. you can simply do so https://www.emailveritas.com/url-checker
either theres a setting when you boot the game in the games settings, or you could try changing the language in documents/mygames/starfield/starfieldcustom.ini , and if you don't have a starfieldcustom.ini i guess you can just copy and paste or download one and drop it there
its possible theres another way, but idc enough to look into it
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
Thanks for the update guys and for this awesome game. I wonder if i could continue with my saves for the game or with this patch 1.7 i have to start all over losing my progression??
your save game works with any updates. even if you purchase the steam version, your saved game data works the same. all your "cracked saves" work with the paid version as well.
I can verifie that Systemsrequirementslab.com is safe. I used to use that site constantly before i bought a new gaming rig. My new rig can run pretty much any game released now days, wich is nice compared to my old p.o.s Pc that constantly broke down. I also still recomend that site to friends whom are uncertain if a game would work on their Pc.
An added bonus of using that site is that it will tell you why said game wont work on your PC. If you have to little Ram, then it will tell you that and recomend an upgrade, same for grapic cards and so on.
so i downloaded the Language pack and there is the folder Update and there is a file called Setup-1.cdx what the fuck is CDX how i install the update? and theres no german voice only text and yes i select german in the settings
Been having trouble after downloading the torrent that its missing a bink2w64.dll file. I try extracting this file into the folder but the game says Starfield does not have enough space... any suggestions what i could do?
turn off windows defender real time protection before extract and leave off until install is finished. Protip: to extract any game from an iso, you need 2x the file size downloaded of free space on your hard driveto be successful. for example if a iso is 4 gigs, you would need 8 gigs free(4 for the extraction, which copies the content of the iso to a tmp folder, then 4 to install the contents of the tmp folder to disc permenently
I think this game was not cracked properly, because the 'Your graphic card doesn't meet the minimum specifications' restriction that Microsoft& Bughesda imposed to get us to buy a new PC system was not bypassed in this cracked? version too... You can see easily in internet gaming forums that there are thousands of people who are stuck with this restriction and there are also those who have paid money for this game, but the game does not begin subsequent to this message, if you own a low specs pc and graphic card. And even if you have a sufficient computer, updated drivers, etc too in some cases...
theres a mod to remove this restriction but (im not sure) if its going to work for cracked copies. however, most the time its not "gpu" bound that a game wont start. its not having an instruction set by the CPU that limits it starting up. a 2060 isnt hard to find however, hell i got one ill let go for 60usd (yes works, yes dead serious) but anyway, 5800x 2070s ftw3, 32gb (4x8 3200c14) 2tb adata nvme (2x500gb wd ssd boot drives) and i still have issues running this. its not optimized PERIOD! as most games coming out now days have been.
Nope, everything in my pc is updated win10, nvidia etc. but it didn't worked. Update has nothing to do with this issue, it seems that they added a list of accepted GPUs to the game startup files. If yours is not in that list, the game will not open.
I can play the game with my gpu at low settings. Isn't the thief guilty? A restriction from a game is not acceptable!!! Don't you have a word for this disgrace?
i am thinking of upgrading my cpu to i7 7700 i know there are better cpus in the same price rang but my motherboard only support 6/7 gean and i cant find 7800 on the market so will do you think the game will work on it nicely and btw i have vega 64
If you don't have a decent pc for this game, don't buy it, cause it will probably give a message (it's a bug for me) which says "Your graphic card doesn't meet the specifications" and will not begin. So I recommend to you at first, to try your chance here...
I mean- most sellers (steam, microsoft, etc) offer refunds for up to 2 weeks as long as less than 2 hours has been played.. So jumping at the cracked version isn't really the answer if you're intending to buy. I am only playing the cracked version because I wanted to play early access, now I'm 35 hours in and stuck playing it because my saves don't work on the gamepass version :/
I said it for those who do not have a good computer. Because what I saw was that thousands of people who bought the game saw this error and the game did not start, and they had to return it as you said...
That's just not true, Steam offers refund if you have under 2 hours of gameplay, which very easily is passed by just making a character and not even playing the game
are you guys gonna update to latest build we really need it for all these bugs in this game but its working pretty good so far :D love this game finally after 4yrs a good game!!!
If it asked buy game... Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" (other with other name) folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
Game works great, ultra settings 1080p. i7-12700KF, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 3070ti 8GB lows 40fps, highs 120fps depending on the area, mods also install and work no problem. Game is def cpu bottlenecked on my setup. 100%gpu & 35%ish cpu
YO where the fuck are you putting mods at to make them work? tried and tried and tried with no luck.... wemod works sure. but cant get shit from nexus to load in.
probably like previous games from bethy, just dump straight in the data folder
* i haven't installed any mods yet because the last few times i've looked none seemed interesting
** theres a mod that allows mods for starfield to be added via vortex, so i guess use that?
*** ah, theres more than just translation and texture changing mods now, in addition to the mod to add starfield t o vortex, theres also bethini that does a thing
****esp files have to have the name added into starfieldcustom.ini manually, the only mod that ive seen add an esp shows instructions in the description.. most have instructions in the description
yeah i had some problems with texture mods, but the simple texture mods eg the hello kitty cutter apparently go into a data folder in documents/mygames instead of the game folder, i also added the two different folders to path since one random post recommended that
This is rather unlikely, since Starfield requires quite a lot of performance, which is only given by AVX, since extremely many data sets have to be processed in parallel. I can't even imagine that the game can function properly without AVX. That would also explain the need for an SSD.
I don't quite understand what you mean... this release is exhaustive. Until now, the developer has only released this one version. And similar to almost all other games, it will probably be updated regularly in the future too, for example v1.1, v1.2,...
Apologies for not being precise with my comment, i just wanted to know if the game is complete as it had an early access period before being officially launched as of today.
Espero haber ayudado a alguien.
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
After changing the language using the language changer, you must also change the audio language in the game itself. Then you will hear everything in your language.
This version of the game does not have the language files yet, you have to download them extra here. What you should also note is that you must not copy the language files manually into the folder, but ONLY via Setup.exe. I made that mistake at the beginning and nothing worked. Basically it's very simple: install game > install language files via Setup.exe > choose your language > change language in game. That's it.
I still have save issues. tried everything as said in the forum below. turned my all my protections off, run as admin and its on my C: drive. But i still can´t save.. Can someone help?
Hmmm sounds like the tutorial status keeps staying for you(it somehow cant trigger the save function). There is something you can try,i am not sure this will works, but i had a problem(other game) where i couldnt save.:
1.Try to turn off write protection of Game/Installed-Folder,right click and choose properties of Game-Folder, select General, and turn off the Write-Protecion, it will ask to do it to all Sub-Folders,agree to that.
2.Then under User ->documents -> my Games->create Starfield-Folder. If it exist already,go inside this folder create Saves-Folder .
3.Now go back again to the my games starfield-Folder and same here, turn off Write-Protection.
I hope this helps, otherwise i fear you have to wait for Patch/Update
I did how you said.. And noticed that Onedrive was was synchronising my documents folder. So I canceled that too and it works.. I dont know what finally helped.. But now I can save^^
Hello, testing the custom configuration. If you like it, subscribe to my channel ^^ Olá, teste da configuração personalizada. Se gostou se inscreve no meu canal ^^
Hey I finally made it work. To sum up, I noticed that my SSD drive was not plugged on my USB 3.0 output. I redownloaded all the files directly on my drive plugged at the right place, which considerably accelerated extraction and installation. At that point, the installer would still crash around 3%, but there was no error pop-up. For the last time, I redownloaded the files on my C drive, copied them on my SSD (instead of directly downloading them there), and reinstalled. Then it worked. I suppose the slow writing speed of my SSD was the culprit there, as there might have been data lost in the process. Cheers guys
in general an external ssd varies form 350 to 500 mbps of sequential write speed. edit: oh and the type of usb port used . 2.0 usb port will bottleneck your external ssd .
loading simulator is a big word . honestly its less severe than skyrim . the only loading youll see is entering some "large" buildings , your ship and landing / leaving / docking places with small in-engine 5sec "cinematics"
Unfortunately no,because it depends on Direct X12(Win 10,11). I checked game files no Dx 11 included(WIn 7,8, 8.1). But you can try,i did find tips in internet saying starting the game in dx11 is possible adding "-dx11" to starfield.exe(rightclick, select link and under target). But still wouldnt count on it. I dont think the graphics changed much from fallout 4(dx 11,win7,8 playable) to starfield, seems like the same engine to me. Its odd.
that's the problem I can't update because I need windows 10 1803 for personal reasons and I wanted to ask if I somehow can bypass the error that I get when trying to start the game with 1803
yea, its a small thing called dual booting. keep that personal boot you need. and setup another part of a different (or the same if big enough) drive and set it up with win 11.
I've been coming here for years, its pretty good and straight forward. The only thing is the mods will randomly permaban you for some weird as fuck reason
name a better one instead of just walking into the joint and slinging insults. back up what you claim otherwise people will look at you as nothing more than something that should have been...oof. almost said something mean.
you should scroll down, bro... the answer is there, I just copy/paste this:
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
are you trying to install it from an HDD to the same HDD ? if yes , then that might be your problem as the read speed might be too slow . seen a comment in here mentionning exaclty that (plugged his external SSD into a USB 3.0 port and it fixed itself)
edit: oh and may you please think about saying your specs and OS version including OS update next time ? that will make it so kind people like melooone wont be confused as of if youre using linux or windows
Had the same issue. In the installer I had two install directories Z: (default) and C:. After changing to C: it worked.
I am also using lutris (flathub 0.5.13) to manage the install and set a new wine prefix.
Oh yeah not sure which Proton version I used, because I tried both "lutris-GE-Proton8-10-x86_64" and "lutris-GE-Proton8-14-x86_64" and didn't really pay attention. So maybe try GE 8.10 if u used GE 8.14 before.
Not sure if anything of this even did anything for me or helps you in any way but I hope you get it installed soon!
You might as well be speaking a different language cuz I have no idea what all that meant, but thanks. Game looks worth the buy anyhow - just wanted to test it on my rig.
Lutris is a tool for managing games on Linux, including WINE which is a tool that allows Windows apps that have not been converted to use Linux APIs to run. Proton is a build of WINE that Valve put together for use with Steam, and Lutris happens to recently be able to install certain custom versions of proton, namely Proton-GE which often works better than regular WINE. I happen to run Linux as well, and do not use and have not used Windows for a long time.
What I think they are saying is that results might be a bit different for players actually running Windows because WINE prefixes managed by Lutris have their own container. However, I have noticed that some games will not run or run well unless you install on the C drive, which is of course simulated for a WINE prefix. However, for Windows users, it might work and is worth a shot at trying to install in C instead of inside Program Files or some other directory.
By the way, for any other Linux users, if you are running NVIDIA cards, there are quite a few issues with the current NVIDIA drivers for Linux associated with this game. I cannot get past the main menu/new game crashes on both NVIDIA 525 and 535 drivers for me. I have tried a bunch of fixes listed on ProtonDB. I am waiting to see if a build of Proton-GE or patches to the NVIDIA driver fixes these issues. It seems AMD GPUs run without issue on Linux though, so if you run Linux with a Radeon then it will probably work without issues.
Are you running an NVIDIA card by chance, or Radeon? It seems AMD GPU drivers on Linux work fine with this game, but there are some weird bugs with NVIDIA. I have tried the suggestion to use 525 instead of 535 NVIDIA drivers, but I still get a crash on new game. Hoping a patch to NVIDIA drivers or something updated in Proton-GE makes this playable soon on latest drivers.
impressive, it's a pity that you need to be able to explore without depending on being at a certain distance from the ship and that the trip between planets is from the menu and we cannot travel ourselves. For the rest a marvel.
the game still wont start at all not eve a black screen i even downloaded it agian and the files are good and yes every driver and w and the gpu is updated and the anti v is off help please
It took forever, but I finally downloaded all 19 parts of the game, however, this continues to pop up every time I try to extract all the files, the hell am I doing wrong :(
I select all the parts and extract at once, it puts them all into a folder as I've done with every game on this site. Tell me exactly what I should do please and thank you!
Now, I have multiple parts saying Data Error, does that mean they did not download correctly and I'm going to have to redownload them? Cause there's like a few of them.
Took me 2 seconds to figure out what you did wrong with all the parts. Learn to read your error message next time before making yourself look like a clown...
How?Is it like randomly a left/right click,or moving at is own? I highly advice for anyone to have a extra mouse (can be the cheapest 4-5 buttom mouse),just to test. If this happens with another mouse, then it is probably a software problem. Also check/test in other games. When it still occurs, most likely mouse has issues. You can try to use a other usb-port,too Is controller/gamepad plugged, maybe unplugging it helps.
can you send me the crack file I think a file in it got deleted by windows, because I "applied the crack" and it still said that, this isn't my first time cracking a game. There was only like 4 files in the crack folder, besides the .exe
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
1.You download/installed language pack,so you can try this: look for language changer in the game directory, open it choose language. 2.Start the game, open settings ->open audio, you see now changeable language, change it . 3.If its still in english letters try this: open the steamemu.ini(is in the gamedirectory) with notepad, there is a line like this: language = english ,change it(german,espanol...). Close Notepad(it will ask for saving, choose save it). I hope this helps 🤓
if admin didn work, make sure secure folder is turned OFF or you add an exclusion for starfield into it. otherwise your always going to have this problem.
Run the exe and just gives an error saying my graphics card (RX 5700) doesn't meet minimum requirements even though it says it in the minimum requirements?
Iam guessing you already downloaded/installed language pack,so you can try this:look for language changer in the game directory, open it choose language. Start the game,go settings ->in audio is now changeable language, change it to german. If its still in english letters try this: open the steamemu.ini(is in the gamedirectory) with notepad, there is a line like this language = english ,change it to german.exit it(it will ask for saving, choose save it). I hope this helps 🤓
i keep getting a "game failed to save" when ever i try to save or quick save occurs, how can i fix this ? i allready added it to exclusion in the windows anti virus and have updated my GPU and windows
Did you tried "Run as Admin"?And is the Game installed on C: Drive? Maybe this helps : go to settings, and then go to privacy & security, then security, then goto ransomware protection (if controlled folder access is turned on, turn it OFF!) or add an exclusion for this game if you wish to keep it on. this is one fix that alot of games encounter when saving.
1440p ultra settings Native and also with FSR quality. Getting 70+ fps average even in the worst area of the whole game Atlantis City. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ph3oU_Rzzq8
i downloaded the game from UTORRENT and installed it and then copy the crack files than i made sure to update my gpu and after all that when i open the exe nothing happens but it deos show on the task manger for a couple seconds and no errors appear and i made sure to update my windows and the rest of my drivers using driver booster 10
Did you tried without cracking to start the game,to see if it behaves differently(usually connecting to Steam)?SO at least you would know if the files maybe corrupted. I had a case(just one time fortunatly)same problem like yours(minimize to taskbar and and seconds later was gone, but i later found out when i turned off my AV(cuz Whitelisting didnt worked),Windows Defender was the reason. I decided to just pause my AV ,so windows wouldnt start defender without my permission, and then installed the game, and it worked. After that i whitelisted it So maybe just maybe Windows defender somehow disturbes your game.
The game installs itself on a separate dvd drive with the exact amount of space so I cant even copy the dll over from another game like skyrim into the starfield drive because its full, I literally have no idea what im suppose to do ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and every time its just bink2w64.dll not found and I have no way of adding it.

EDIT I FOLLOWED A COMMENT POSTED ABOVE THAT SAID TO DOWNLOAD VC++ All in One package (sereby.org) AND AFTER DOING THIS INSTALLING THEM ALL, AND RESTARTING MY PC THE GAME WORKED.
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
One of the most common mistakes is that if you install any game on a hard drive other than your C:// drive, it may have issues running without certain permissions granted.
go to settings, and then go to privacy & security, then security, then goto ransomware protection (if controlled folder access is turned on, turn it OFF!) or add an exclusion for this game if you wish to keep it on. this is one fix that alot of games encounter when saving.
I'm curious if I can even run this. I have a VERY old processor but pretty good card (GTX4GBS) and 16 GBs of 1337 Ram. The only games I couldn't run in the last 10 yrs were that damned AVX thing. I often wonder if this is really a 'potato?' Was top of the line when I built it. Couple a hardware updates and it works. Curious what you gamers think. Be kind...lol
I have an 'OLD' college degree in computer science, back when they called it that. (1979 CSNU) The old puch card days. *Note I have been able to play and run like 90% the games that systemrequirements said I couldn't so fuq them for THAT.
It depends,i think you can play the game for sure, but resolution maybe 1280x 720 instead of 1920x1080.or maybe on medium settings 1080. Your gpu 960 was my favorite for a long time(7-8 years?),changed it months ago(i did build me a new Rig some months ago),and i had same positive experience like you.But slowly you could upgrade it.6 core cpu is still good. But dont know about your HardDrive, still i think it should work
i have a 1080 and was having lag spikes, then i disabled motion blur ( just not fond of it) and vsync and it seemed to run fine, the system requirements just means things between that range are almost guarenteed to work
if not you could always wait until performance mods come out, i vaguely remember with skyrim someone came out with a mod that basically replaced all the textures in the mod for something far more simple, that'll probably happen to this too
I mean, if you manage to get it to run, it's more like a question of how high your pain tolerance is. It's common knowledge than in terms of performance, Bethesda games take a lot while giving back way less.
Between you and me (whispering), and I know it's blasphemy to say this when everyone is gushing about Starfield, if someone doesn't play this game, they haven't lost much, if anything at all.
I run through like 20 games from this site a day, and not many of them impress me. Maybe that's my age (67) or the fact that I grew up as an adult during the heyday of games in general. I wasn't a kid, so maybe that gave me a leg up on the gaming industry, maybe it just jaded my expectations. Having played games in DOS, I can tell you they are a LOT better now...lol. I'm just another guy who has loved this 'Gaming' genre longer than most. Happy to be a part of its evolution, and comment on its changes.
Well then, my friend, you've seen it all. As another guy, who vividly remembers the genesis of videogaming, I fully concur that although we've come a long way since the DOS era, the videogames in general have become progressively less awe inducing.
And I can assure you it's not you nor your age. If anything, what you've witnessed throughout the years help appreciate the improvements. In the words of the late Dr. Ken Robinson, we are the immigrants of the digital age, and we remember how things were prior.
Just to clarify my earlier comment on Starfield; it seems like it's another typical Bethesda game. It's big. It's shallow. It's unnecessarily hardware-intensive. It's an absolutely OK RPG. But it's only awesome to people who "make their own experience"; those who are book writers rather than book readers if that makes sense. This is what I meant by "taking a lot while giving less."
LOL, Thank you. I think you're exactly right, but then we have to get into the machinations of games in general. I think we can agree that no one who makes games plays games. Bean counters have absolutely no idea. It's all about the money from the beginning, which prolly hamstrings things to a point. (Just an opinion.)
The point is, IMO, that the gaming industry doesn't give a fuck about us, they do what their fucking bean counters tell them would be a good idea. There's no heart. Money, Money, Money.
"Just to clarify my earlier comment on Starfield; it seems like it's another typical Bethesda game. It's big. It's shallow. It's unnecessarily hardware-intensive. It's an absolutely OK RPG. I often wonder about this. I follow a LOT of the fantasy shit because my son (33yrs old) follows it and I paid 1000's of dollars for his Warcraft and that sort. I follow the canon. And surprisingly, I get why a lot of the people are upset. I speak out when I can. This is the world we live in now @drk Vani Zirele
It does make sense,👍🤗 and i like the Quote, too.Thx for sharing. He was right(Dr.Robinson,i love his speech on TED "How to escape education's death valley"),i think the same, especially when it comes to creative Teaching through Multimedia/Videogames.😎
To start Dune 2(my first RTS game back then even before warcraft 1 and the reason i started gaming on pc 1993-94),ohhhh,i remember editing Config.sys, changing my creative soundblaster dna with the jumpers directly on the soundcard with my big clumsy fingers on 386/33Mhz.Way later on 486/100 adding/mounting cd-drive to play Crusader No Remorse/NO Regret, was great Game(DOS) n Diablo CD(Win 95,DIsks)...Command&Conquer was sooo good back then. BUT it was/is very expensive so most of my friends couldnt effort a PC,so we played these games often hotseat (i.e every 20mins next one has his turn to play), Maybe you know what i mean.I have to say i did enjoy to type commands and editing config.sys/autoexec.bat. I did understand PC better that way. I started PC gaming with ms-dos 6.0 (Big Book MS-Dos Reading first ofc, hahaha)and way later windows 95(on many disks just to play diablo 1),win 3.1 wasnt my cup of tea back then, hahahahaha. Damn you,Nostalgia pure.Thx for sharing.🤗👍😎 I remember even tweaking the RAM,to make drivers persistent in base memory 640kb,was it? and expanded memory was the rest?,crazy it was so long time ago, hahaha And i feel the same about the games. But Gaming today, its so big,so many games, but also many many bad games.Alot Gamemaker-Stuff(esp.Unity),but feels often "soulless"?Cant describe it.but often it feels like they rushed to make a game, grab money and all the patches etc etc
I just edited your comment, my friend. Guidelines do not share links to other places... Besides, the language pack was actually uploaded a few hours ago :D
The internet is a living breathing thing. There is no way all of us could keep up. We do the best we can, to help the people we can and take the consequences. I think I did the right thing. I hope you agree.
Do I really have to explain what a false positive is? The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code m-a-l-w-a-r-e! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a vírus and delete it, even though it isn’t! :)
when it reaches a certain point in the download i get an error saying "an error ocurred while inpacking: unable to read data! unarc.dll returned an error code : -6 ERROR: file read operation failed
That usually indicate a glitch in the transfer of the download, meaning your connection was lost during the download which will result in a corrupt file, as it lost data during the interrupt. Check all the parts of your downloads, they should ALL be the same size. If one is smaller, delete it, the re-download that part and try again.
That same rules apply, If your connection lost 'contact' for even 1 sec, you lost data, so then the whole thing is corrupt. The only difference is that you lose the whole torrent as opposed to just a single part. Is there a reason you can't download the parts?
I had this exact issue. Be sure you opened the right iso. For some reason I had 2 folders where one installation wouldn't work and one would. If you also have 2 folders, try the other one.
Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a vírus and delete it, even though it isn’t! :)
this comment section is pure gold.... the ammount of disguised blue-branded hate is over every chart. Dont you have some remake to split in full priced parts or a protagonist to k1ll with a bat to send an inclussive message or a re-reused pop culture superhero ip to milk? leave the xbox environment alone.
Do YOU know how many Goblins I killed? How many Driders I've slain? How many assassination attempts I stopped? How many intellect devourers/gluttons I destroyed? How many Gnolls I gutted? How many Cambions who's gore now decorate the Hells? Do not speak to me of something as plain as a Slit Strider when I AM THE SPAWN OF BHAAL AND I WILL DISPLAY YOUR GORY FORM ON MY HALLS!
We're playing the same two games, but I'll probably be finished with my Death Knight play-thru (Vampire High Elf/Drow Oath Broken Paladin/Warlock) in BG3 by the time Starfield legit releases on Game Pass. AC6 remains in the rotation as a "palate cleanser" from the heavy roleplaying.
I might just focus on AC6 for now since it's shorter and then go back to do either a Paladin/Cleric or a Monk/Thief build, I found guides and either of those two builds is just completely ridiculous in terms of raw damage. And I'l try to be the good guy this time, my first play through was Dark Urge and boy did I give in to those urges
The game do support multiple languages, and to change your language setting, you have to modify the steam_emu.ini file in your game folder, and change the Language event. You can view all language name in the following url, https://www.ibabbleon.com/Steam-Supported-Languages-API-Codes.html, for example, schinese for simplified Chinese
now why in the fuXk would you come to the "parts downloads" to bitch about torrents, let along blaming IGG. not many use torrents for this reason. if something goes wrong, then your fucked entirely all together. with parts, just use a download manager, and a vpn like proton free only one thats good imo for free and not need to "thanks" igg for actually giving you a game for free. that you chose to download. checksum errors are typically bc something you downloaded doesn match wat the installer wants btw. you "could" ask someone to upload that one specific file that its telling you its missing/messed up... that would actually help you. (yea rant over)
New to warez game community, eh? Remember to copy EVERYTHING inside "Crack" folder to where you install the game in order to make it play. Otherwise, it will still be a legit copy which performs an ownership check when you try to run it; and if you don't own the game, it will ask you to BUY IT.
The "Crack" folder is usually visible right after you mount the ISO file and open it in a file browser, it has everything that will help you to bypass the "ownership check" I mentioned.
Hi, I'm having trouble with Gofile Parts 6, 12, 15 and 17 will it be fine if i download those parts from the other sources or should i wait for those 3 parts to get fixed ?
The graphics are dated, they're on par with Fallout 4.
The gun play is ,,,,, worse than Fallout 4.
Character customization is lackluster and less than Fallout 4.
You'll spend more time on loading screens than playing the game and my pc, barring the initial loading into the game flies through loading screens. They're like at the max 2 or 3 seconds, but there's a loading screen for everything.
The inventory is unnecessarily convoluted and as is typical for Bethesda games all the icons and shit are HUGE.
I had a huge list of complaints about the game, especially taking into account the amount of time this game was baking but beyond what I've got here, I just don't care.
your claim on graphics is "ehh" considering this game is poorly optimized you need a 4080/90 to even get 60fps on ultra/high settings. for the most part a 5800x and 2070s ftw3 does good enough.
load screens are bad if your trying to run this on a shit nvme or hard drive. but considering my longest load time is less that 4 seconds, i cant agree. your nags arent all valid for everyone. telling people to "pass" a space version of fall out 4? i mean????
You think my opinion is invalid because some people like the game, keeping with that my opinion is even more VALID because so many people actually dislike the game as well for the very reasons I stated, and MANY MORE.
Shove your opinion straight up the hole you think my opinion belongs.
to be right on par with ya, stupid was downloading 120gb game to play for a few hours or so. then complain about it? im stupid in the sense i got it for free, and played for xxx hours. and purchased the game! now, i probably wont reply to you again. post your complaints at Bethesda/steams page. it may actually help something.
Just because you like it doesn't give someone else the right to dislike it, how very millennial of you.
Easy to tell you're the participation trophy generation, if someone disagrees they MUST BE WRONG. Only you can be right.
See how far that attitude gets you in life.
either way dude who still a loser, later!
This isn't just your kind of game.
The amount of shit going on behind the scenes means as much as what happens on the screen.
So yeah the graphics are on par with F4.
Also, if you want to know how well your pc can run the game. Just look up "can I run it", it'll be the first result and let it test your PC. It's safe.
Wait a few months and get it from Steam for half price. Don't pay that 69.99 bullshit.
I too, like to live dangerously
First 15 minutes, still in tutorial, enemy ship touch down, the door open, then closes again, no enemy shows up to shoot, quest completed
IT JUST WORK
p.s. Pay close attention to the "SSD Required" in the System Requirement section.
=====================================
Reading through Reddit, there are people who are playing it on HDD with no problem (yet?).

+1 - theres too many salty sonyers believing they can have any sort of impact in a BETHESDA launch as if they where born yesterday
CRACKED ALREADY????!!!!
this is just oblivion in space with gun
I can change the text but not the voice
Please Help me
For german i changed the last line to this: sResourceEnglishVoiceList=Starfield - Voices_de01.ba2, Starfield - Voices_de02.ba2, Starfield - Voices_de_Patch.ba2
The same thing happened to me recently with cyberpunk and someone gave me the audio files. I just had to put them in the game folder and that's it. I guess the game is missing audio files. If someone can give us a link to download it it will be solved
save game loads without doing anything at all. no folder changes, swaps etc. just loaded the game (from STEAM) after it downloaded finally and it booted up with my current settings from the cracked copy as well as saved states, character level, items, etc. all there and good! (as for trophies well...that im pretty sure you know the answer too. lvl 50 myself and have 0 trophies. but (they can be obtained with new game plus i think....i suppose ill come back and answer that later?
If you are going to buy the game I suggest the Steam version anyway since the extra protections on the exe in the Gamepass/MSstore version make modding it more of a pain.
Edit: SSD was the problem alright, transfered it to my ssd and the sttutering was gone :v
ps i myself , bought a 4Tb SSD just for that same reason .
I hope you have enough free space for your installation 😊.
Gameplay --> https://youtu.be/P2iRC-80Ups
bonsoir voila j'ai un soucis avec Starfield voila je le met en Français mes y'a plus de voix plus rien comment faire
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\STARFIELD\Saved\SaveGames.
Thanks a lot for the Links !
dont want too look it up
Maybe I should wait for 2.0 like Cyberpunk...
It sucks that any patch won't come until a decent bit after the official release. Anyone else experiencing this at all or is it just me?
As for upgrading, I unfortunately just don't have the means to do so right now.
Good chance your CPU is doing some of the heavy lifting as well or you've set your graphics low enough that your GPU can handle it
But eh, start saving up for a replacement, if Starfield is an indicator, games are just gonna get heavier and heavier
Pipe dream maybe but I hope this changes in some capacity upon/after release.
But there is another possibility: I saw on Amazon today that Samsung has a really good 1TB SSD on offer. From 110€/$, down to 50. Would vllt be a possibility. I had ordered one directly. :)
Thank you for the actual reason as to why an SSD is required.. shame, still, but good to know the mechanics behind it. Cheers!
Not saying it's not going to have issues, but the system requirements are legit.
Ain't got time for that. I would be more than willing to share my horse diddling mod for the sims though, I'm sure you'll enjoy it thoroughly.
I have it on my HDD. Is that really my issue? I think my friend was running it without same issues, only FPS issues on HDD. I'll check with em later. If that really is the case then I'm kinda screwed lol
I just bought 2 TB ssd for 80$.
"A standard HDD will read and write at typically 80MB/s to 160MB/s"
The SSD I have reads at 3500 MB/s. Do the math.
Because you haven't cracked yet, open .iso file, go to RUNE folder, copy all files in that, then paste to your game's dir
https://igg-games.com/how-to-install-a-pc-game-and-update.html
BTW, you tried turn off your AV? maybe it blocked/deleted those crack files.

Great game
https://youtu.be/U3HqAcFSrtM
(yes obviously have it installed on main ssd lol)
i downloaded the torrent why does this happen
Back in the day, you were lucky if you get .nfo file which actually opened and had instructions inside but today, 15 years or so after the fact, kids spend hours upon hours on PC's yet they have no clue about basic stuff like cracking games
So what's the age range on this website? 2004? Younger than that? Yes, it's a serious question
in all honesty you could had told whoever the fuck that was to simply "copy the crack contents of the crack folder into the games directory". dont be a dick. (for the record im 33.)
"dude idk, i think you should try hitting that little check box that says copy crack content to folder" or some shit like that... age isnt the issue however. not all cracks are done the same. installers have an option, some dont. some require you to copy a folder, some dont. others simply just download the game and extract and go...
So I made a joke and I'm laughing at others on internet, lol. Big deal. You can grow up now, preferably while you're stroking your "Most helpful" internet badge on your chest, hope you feel strong, full and proud
Their idea of working is just waking up. If whatever they want doesn't just fall into their laps they riot.
we have it damn good here at igg. too good really
For like the last 10 or so years it's literally be as easy as drag and drop and you're good to go but even that's to hard for the participation trophy generation.
Sry for not being rich enough to understand, but how many times a month does your dad let you use his Mastercard for buying videogames then?
Take care and kind regards,
God
You can see tutorial here too (it same for almost games):

My system: MSI X470 mainboard, AMD 2700X, 16 GB 3.2 Ghx ram, 3070 founders edition.
Unfortunately I can't save the game. And the game tells me that saving is not possible even though the game is running in admin mode. Saving manually is grayed out, so it's also not possible.
Can someone give me a good tip please?

Result in Black Screen and the Fans ramping up. Only restart is possible.
Anyone a solution for this? All Drivers and Windows a on the newest version.
PC: Ryzen 3900X, RTX 2080, 32GB Ram, m.2 SSD
If yes revert it to default.
If no try this, but it is something you have to try while game is windowed mode(open the game but dont start the game, just main menu):
Open Taskmanager->change to detailed view->look for the starfield.exe
->rightclick on it and select change/set affiliation(since i use german OS this a translated explaination),here you can now turn off/on all the cores.Try to reduce them, example the last 4cores turn them off,if still remains try 6 or 8 cores.
You have 12 core cpu,so reducing could help,BUT usually if Fans ramping up
like you said, its mostly the gpu.
You actually have very good cpu ,12 core is alot

what the actual fuck?
repair with winrar dont help idk whats the error is :/
I would check the file sizes for each part, they should all be the same except 19.
Well yes, it does, but Freezes and crashes after a few minutes of play.
I deleted it, installed on my sdd, but yeah, it's the same as on HDD.

Erm.... not sure I wanna do that lol.
32GB Ram
https://www.dsogaming.com/mods/starfield-just-got-a-free-intel-xess-nvidia-dlss-2-mod/
Not planning to download it yet, but started for a bit to check my ETA at my max speed (which I'm not able to consistently have anyway) and...
1 day and 8 hours!
I installed the game and went to options, its written it is in v1.7.
So I downloaded the 1.10.32 update. When installing It says the game is already in that last version... but still v1.7 in game options
i did use a mod to make it work on my (now sold) 3070ti ftw3 card i had, which worked fine. But never seen an option to enable it natively thru starfield
(another game i own legit) it does indeed work without modding on 4070ti/4000 series cards. But, im curious to how your using this without "modding" it? did Bethesda add this feature to allow 3000 series, or did nvidia do this and i missed the memo?
it is impossible for DLSS to turn on FG except in mod
into what starfield put in themselves.
FSR3 to DLSS FG mods work fine, and
FSR3 is working (i believe?) in Starfield.
never the less, my 3070ti wouldnt allow FG
without the FSR3 to DLSS+FG mod files
from github, with disabled signature
verifications. (hogwarts legacy too)
but it crashed, even on my 4070ti with legit
drivers and files on a paid version.
still, strange to see you have a 3000 series gpu
with FG working and no mods. I figured someone
would had said something by now. Suppose ill
be doing some slight digging.
Preperation for succeeding operations, waiting for patch engine to unload...

but its also giving you the reason for it failing "invalid hash" meaning somethings not matching up, you missed an update, are using GOG when this is steams version, are using another sites version etc. one of those are indeed your reason.
as you can see, there are several update files relating to this update. make sure you have the correct one, as its likely you do not.
partitioning your harddrive so its in smaller pieces (i do NOT mean cut it literally)
doing this is key to making one part faster than the others. although, it will mean certain parts are slightly slower bc of this.
its a medium task and im not sure how to tell you how to do this, but youtube and google can help. its what i used to do before getting SSD.
P.S. even a 2.5in SSD would help you (even without being NVME) a cheap one is 20 dollars which is around 120gb give or take. vaskey is a cheap option that i used in my start of this pc issue ive acquired over the years. (wish used to have them for next to nothing) not sure they do now as i havent been on wish in along time. either way, SSD, NVME is your best option but making the HDD have partitions is a free option.
Can you check this??
Everythin ele is working smmothly :-)
Starfield-RUNE
Then:
Even reinstalling 1.88.8 then updating to 1.9.51.0 doesn't work
Or if you still don't know, take a screenshot of your game folder, then take a screenshot of the installer, everyone can help you more easily.
If so, then you are using the RUNE version, otherwise, you downloaded it from somewhere else.

After updating to 1.8.86, I get an error that sl.interposer.dll is missing and it won't even start.
It worked for me .
https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/sl_interposer
Wait a year after they release a couple of DLC and steam will put it on sale for next to nothin'.
gunplay was imo better than fallout 4 but, i havent played fo4 in ALONG time. i was on my 2nd go thru, and i never one time touched the main story again. which is well...unlike a bethesda game for me really. i wont go into all the shit you did. but graphics, maxed out looked pretty good on my end.
although i have a 5800x, 3070ti, 32gb ram, 4tb nvme storage, and some other nice to haves. so maybe that helped some my first roam thru.
i paid for the game after playing for a while via cracked copy, but i quickly lost interest. and felt like i had wasted that shit not long after going back and fourth with you. however, i did not wait around for some shit to "level" up. i instead said FUCK THIS and used the one thing i knew to use when needing a skill i didn have. which in turn may had helped sway me from the game since the experiences werent being experienced anymore. but never the less, until they add some real dlc shit, allow a mfr to use a spaceship on planet, etc. ill keep eyeballing starcitizen like ima waste more money on a space game....
now gun play for the game is pretty good imo, flying a ship is good enough although to the defense of "flying to a planet" even with said mod, it would take ALONG TIME! to which "why would you" unless by now theres a mod that includes extra extra ship encounters? that im unaware of as i haven been keeping up. the game itself has ALOT of shit to do. most has been discovered i believe but its still got SO MUCH that can happen. if your not keen to downloading such a big ass game, then it updating and those downloaded files are "cucked" bc the update is all one big ass patch like CP2077 then i suggest downloading and trying it out. if you like it then dont update unless its content releases or you purchased. either way, nobody can tell you if it is or isnt a good game.
that is on you do decide alone. i personally like all beth games. been playing new vagas as of the past few weeks just bc. i will add gun play on starfield is way better than that of the others although some shit could be better done...
Many on here cry way too much. Bethesda Games are pretty much all Masterpieces. you just need the correct machine and settings to run certain games at Pretty high settings.
if anyone on here can do better than Bethesda, put your money where your mouth is and develop a better game with zero bugs.

Or google "can I run it" if the above link gets removed. It's SAFE. Just follow the directions.
An added bonus of using that site is that it will tell you why said game wont work on your PC. If you have to little Ram, then it will tell you that and recomend an upgrade, same for grapic cards and so on.
and theres no german voice only text and yes i select german in the settings
Protip: to extract any game from an iso, you need 2x the file size downloaded of free space on your hard driveto be successful. for example if a iso is 4 gigs, you would need 8 gigs free(4 for the extraction, which copies the content of the iso to a tmp folder, then 4 to install the contents of the tmp folder to disc permenently

It just seems too fast.
Game works great, ultra settings 1080p. i7-12700KF, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 3070ti 8GB
lows 40fps, highs 120fps depending on the area, mods also install and work no problem. Game is def cpu bottlenecked on my setup. 100%gpu & 35%ish cpu
Thanks

tried everything as said in the forum below.
turned my all my protections off, run as admin and its on my C: drive.
But i still can´t save..
Can someone help?
But it still don´t.
There is something you can try,i am not sure this will works, but i had a problem(other game) where i couldnt save.:
1.Try to turn off write protection of Game/Installed-Folder,right click and choose properties of Game-Folder,
select General, and turn off the Write-Protecion,
it will ask to do it to all Sub-Folders,agree to that.
2.Then under User ->documents -> my Games->create Starfield-Folder.
If it exist already,go inside this folder create Saves-Folder .
3.Now go back again to the my games starfield-Folder and same here,
turn off Write-Protection.
I hope this helps, otherwise i fear you have to wait for Patch/Update
And noticed that Onedrive was was synchronising my documents folder. So I canceled that too and it works..
I dont know what finally helped.. But now I can save^^
Thank you!!

Cheers guys
I checked game files no Dx 11 included(WIn 7,8, 8.1).
But you can try,i did find tips in internet saying starting the game in dx11 is possible adding "-dx11" to starfield.exe(rightclick, select link and under target). But still wouldnt count on it.
I dont think the graphics changed much from fallout 4(dx 11,win7,8 playable) to starfield, seems like the same engine to me.
Its odd.
My new and first Starship that make me Broke : https://youtu.be/RaIBIs_VAyk
The only thing is the mods will randomly permaban you for some weird as fuck reason
congrats you have proven yourself equivelent to a 5 year old
Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "RUNE" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)

edit: oh and may you please think about saying your specs and OS version including OS update next time ? that will make it so kind people like melooone wont be confused as of if youre using linux or windows
It seems AMD GPUs run without issue on Linux though, so if you run Linux with a Radeon then it will probably work without issues.
https://youtu.be/4Cc8AcPgM0Y
It took forever, but I finally downloaded all 19 parts of the game, however, this continues to pop up every time I try to extract all the files, the hell am I doing wrong :(
Learn to read your error message next time before making yourself look like a clown...
I highly advice for anyone to have a extra mouse
(can be the cheapest 4-5 buttom mouse),just to test.
If this happens with another mouse, then it is probably a software problem.
Also check/test in other games.
When it still occurs, most likely mouse has issues.
You can try to use a other usb-port,too
Is controller/gamepad plugged, maybe unplugging it helps.
my game stays in the taskbar and doesn't come up so i don't have a picture but it's running what is that

look for language changer in the game directory, open it choose language.
2.Start the game,open settings ->open audio,you see now changeable language,change it .
3.If its still in english letters try this: open the steamemu.ini(is in the gamedirectory) with notepad, there is a line
like this:
language = english ,change it(german,espanol...).
Close Notepad(it will ask for saving, choose save it).
I hope this helps 🤓
BTW, you're using latest winrar/7z?
I can´t see the german letters but can´t hear german dialogs....what can I do?
Start the game,go settings ->in audio is now changeable language, change it to german.
If its still in english letters try this: open the steamemu.ini(is in the gamedirectory) with notepad, there is a line
like this language = english ,change it to german.exit it(it will ask for saving, choose save it).
I hope this helps 🤓
Maybe this helps :
go to settings, and then go to privacy & security, then security, then goto ransomware protection (if controlled folder access is turned on, turn it OFF!) or add an exclusion for this game if you wish to keep it on. this is one fix that alot of games encounter when saving.

I had a case(just one time fortunatly)same problem like yours(minimize to taskbar and and seconds later was gone, but i later found out
when i turned off my AV(cuz Whitelisting didnt worked),Windows Defender was the reason.
I decided to just pause my AV ,so windows wouldnt start defender without my permission, and then installed the game, and it worked. After that i whitelisted it
So maybe just maybe Windows defender somehow disturbes your game.

Was top of the line when I built it.
Your gpu 960 was my favorite for a long time(7-8 years?),changed it months ago(i did build me a new Rig some months ago),and i had same positive experience like you.But slowly you could upgrade it.6 core cpu is still good.
But dont know about your HardDrive, still i think it should work
if not you could always wait until performance mods come out, i vaguely remember with skyrim someone came out with a mod that basically replaced all the textures in the mod for something far more simple, that'll probably happen to this too
It's common knowledge than in terms of performance, Bethesda games take a lot while giving back way less.
Between you and me (whispering), and I know it's blasphemy to say this when everyone is gushing about Starfield, if someone doesn't play this game, they haven't lost much, if anything at all.
I think we can agree that no one who makes games plays games. Bean counters have absolutely no idea. It's all about the money from the beginning, which prolly hamstrings things to a point. (Just an opinion.)
There's no heart. Money, Money, Money.
but usually its what you said.So true
I often wonder about this. I follow a LOT of the fantasy shit because my son (33yrs old) follows it and I paid 1000's of dollars for his Warcraft and that sort. I follow the canon. And surprisingly, I get why a lot of the people are upset. I speak out when I can.
This is the world we live in now @drk Vani Zirele
He was right(Dr.Robinson,i love his speech on TED "How to escape education's death valley"),i think the same, especially when it comes
to creative Teaching through Multimedia/Videogames.😎
BUT it was/is very expensive so most of my friends couldnt effort a PC,so we played these games often hotseat (i.e every 20mins next one has his turn to play),
Maybe you know what i mean.I have to say i did enjoy to type commands and editing config.sys/autoexec.bat.
I did understand PC better that way. I started PC gaming with ms-dos 6.0 (Big Book MS-Dos Reading first ofc, hahaha)and way later windows 95(on many disks just to play diablo 1),win 3.1 wasnt my cup of tea back then, hahahahaha.
Damn you,Nostalgia pure.Thx for sharing.🤗👍😎
I remember even tweaking the RAM,to make drivers persistent in base memory 640kb,was it? and expanded memory was the rest?,crazy it was so long time ago, hahaha
And i feel the same about the games. But Gaming today, its so big,so many games, but also many many bad games.Alot Gamemaker-Stuff(esp.Unity),but feels often "soulless"?Cant describe it.but often it feels like they rushed to make a game, grab money and all the patches etc etc
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1716740/Starfield/
Maybe that will solve your problem. Good luck. :)
(EDITED by moderator)
I think I did the right thing. I hope you agree.
Check all the parts of your downloads, they should ALL be the same size. If one is smaller, delete it, the re-download that part and try again.
Is there a reason you can't download the parts?

BTW, you're using latest 7z or winrar?
You don't just make up new protagonist titles for new games so it feels cool to play it - you simply do not.
Seriously, like that's a fucking thing you can brag about.
Or see here https://igg-games.com/how-to-install-a-pc-game-and-update.html
Remember to copy EVERYTHING inside "Crack" folder to where you install the game in order to make it play. Otherwise, it will still be a legit copy which performs an ownership check when you try to run it; and if you don't own the game, it will ask you to BUY IT.
The "Crack" folder is usually visible right after you mount the ISO file and open it in a file browser, it has everything that will help you to bypass the "ownership check" I mentioned.
