Hey, update v1.02 needs update v1.01. I torrented this game the day of release, so wouldnt I have that by default since its a day one update? Guess not. Anyone have the 1.01 patch files?
A game so badass that it makes you wonder (outside of of how janky and money hungry it is) how convenient that Gundam Evolution ended before the release.
Played the first Armored Core on DuckStation (PS1 emulator) last night for the first time. Was a fun experience but very different from what most people may know FromSoftware for.
If you intend to play this, be open to a new experience which is very different from the Souls formula.
Dont understand why people would expect it to be different. My guess is kids will be the ones that get that shock mostly. One should never go into a game thinking it will be like this or that just because it is made from the same studio haha. If its anything like the old games, then I hope it has a lot of customization. Thats what the games are known for. Even the mech heads gave you different stats. Anyways, I did recall hearing the main guy who made it say one of his favorite weapons was double gatling guns. He likes the rain down bullets approach.
Double shoulder gats on tetrapods or tank legs has always been incredibly effective (bipeds, forward and reverse knee, have always had to kneel in place to use shoulder mounted weapons, and there weren't any good hand gats, aside from the arm-weapon gats).
Denuvo is very expensive to use as a developer. It cost $25,000 per game protected by Denuvo Anti-Tamper per month and $.5 per game activation (license sold) protected by Denuvo Anti-Tamper. Game appears to be a hit.
It'll always be a risk/reward decision made by the bean counters. It's worked for 100's of games. Look at all the games on the Request Page that use Denuvo, AND I presume that AI is going to get involved at some point. That's prolly gonna suck big time. 🤷♀
It has never worked for any games. What it's worked for is the confidence game CEOs play with shareholders that both know jack shit about the actual operations.

That's fine for me. Only mech game I've played kind of thoroughly and REALLY enjoyed was Daemon X Machina, which had you dashing a lot. Hopefully this game has some good replayability too.
Funny you mentioned that, Daemon X Machina was literally(to me at least) a budget and more anime like version of AC. So if you're used to that you'l get used to AC real quick.
DxM was such good game. It's a shame it had such a distinct lack of multiplayer content and content in general.
But I see, that's good. Maybe once I beat tales of arise at some point during this century I'll delete it and download AC. I'm running out of space lmao. A shame I can't just delete games i pirate and then save em later for redownloading like steam xD
For everyone complaining about trigger buttons not working.... INSTALL THE REAL CRACKFIX! Its works absolutely fine and I am using it with XBOX One controller.
Real crackfix: which fixes the ini file according to Tenoke. It's best to get the real crackfix which fixes everything. I am using the real crack fix and everything is working perfectly, the game runs really well. This is already posted here on IGG.

I was too impatient to wait for this update and bought the game, but guess what, the pirated version runs well on my aging laptop while the one on steam microstutters. Thank you fromsoft, very cool.

Not sure if this is just me but the RT and LT bumper on my Xbox controller isn't working. I have tested the controls via another game and a controller testing app too. Please help =(

Make sure you have enough storage for the patch, it rebuilds major files wich takes 60gb before they get replaced and deleted, installation says you need that space but its easy to ignore. If you dont, it will say the version is not compatible but its actually just not enough storage. Also you need to Artbook OST folder from the crack so the filecheck doesnt fail.

Use the buildings to your advantage, only fly when needed (Like when it missile attacks) and use your gun and missiles to stagger then go in with a blade.
Beat him first try whilst being shit at other fromsoftware games, although it took me a few hours to beat the chap 1 final boss, you're in for a treat lol
Alternatively, use the buildings to block the missile spam and navigate closer, then assault boost in and melee combo for massive stagger, followed immediately by a bunch of missiles and gunfire as you either retreat to safety, or ride the edge trying to stay below it, until the stagger pops off.
I really hate this boss always run outside of the area. Most of the damage i get is because it's run out of area when i want to melee it and missile my mech. And i already use 3 repair so it's hard.

Starfield is going to set new standards for games and install sizes I have a feeling. Ark Survival Evolved only had such a large install size because barely any of it's assets were compressed, so it's kind of an anomaly.
If anyone here wants to try the AC6Armoury mod (requires ver. 1.06.1, should be updated soon), the ModEngine2 needs to be extracted right into the game's directory, so that modengine2_launcher.exe and armoredcore6.exe are in the same folder. Run the launcher as admin.
I think there might be confusion here by fixed crack I think Bowie mean the one below the instructions not the crack that comes with extracting the 13 part archive, below the download links, is the install instruction and below that install instruction is the link for the crack fixed
I install the game, put in the crack, and all that happens when I launch the game is I get a white screen, then it crashes. I don't know what to do. I've reinstalled and re-torrented this game as well to no avail.
EDIT: Reinstalled it again, this time without the Crack itself installed. Said I had no licenses. Installed the CrackFix, white screen, cursor changes, crashes all the same. I'm completely lost. EDIT2: It's because my GPU doesn't support DX12. There's a fix that I used to play up til mission 17, but from then on it completely crashed my GPU. Too scared to try anymore. If anyone wants I can link the fix and I'm helping others with this.
Downloaded the torrent version and it won't go beyond 16.1%, and my Explorer get stuck to the the point that I have to force reset... Something is very wrong with tenoke installer
My cpu only core i5 9400f and ram 8gb, can run this game smoothly with medium setting, if your cpu more better, you can play this well. I use crack from tenoke zip, andmy several button can,t work. I will try to use crackfix
Installed with the crack and it didn't work. I used Goldberg emulator (just replacing the steam api file basically) and it suddenly worked, but my controller won't work. Anyone know what to do?

This is a cracked version, you wouldn't be finding anyway to play this online, unless a private server exist and whoever cracked the game can set the game up to be able to access that private server then there ain't anyway you can go online with this
so yeah if you really want to play online then just buy the game, dont bother looking for sketchy ways and fix in the internet to play online because more than likely you will just end up putting viruses and malwares in your pc
It looks good and gameplay was okay. Graphics is not too bad but the problem is there is too much stuttering issue i don’t understand is this game problem or something else. I can get 70+ fps in max graphics without ray tracing but in action and flying mode there is too much lagging prb. The 1.02 version created a new save file in a new [steam id] folder located in appdata/Roaming/ArmoredCore6 (so there should be two [steam id] folder, one new and one old). So I overwrited the new save file with mine, but this doesn't work. The game stuck at title screen and shown "Failed to load save data", any help? I don't want to completely lose my progress or have to download the old version again.
if you dont have "auto backups" or such turned on its gone. however, you can goto the game save folder, and go to properties, and go to previous versions to see if it shows an earlier time/date than when you installed the game update. this should bring back your save game. (your saves could also had been moved somewhere else as well)
I saw quite some people complaining about that, for me the game worked fine, except it soft locked while entering the 2nd phase in one of the Xylem defense missions in Chapter 5. Had to restart via checkpoint so Cinder Carla can fire at incoming PCA warships.

I got a white screen before the game crashed. I turned off my antivirus before installing, applied the crack that was found in the original zip, and again with the RealFix crack. Still got the same white screen crash. Help please!
My GPU does support DX12, and as it turns out this white screen issue is not a GPU problem. It's a file problem. It's the exact same issue that folks experienced with Elden Ring when it first came out.
For those of you still experiencing the white screen crash, I suggest you follow the step by step from this site. I did it all, and it worked just fine:
Hm. I know mine doesn't support function level 12, though it does support DX12, and I had that issue. Regardless, using that fix I started crashing on mission 17 - As in, my GPU started crashing. So be wary of that. Can't play the game because of it.
Here I leave you a little gameplay, the game is impressive, but given my lack of skill, the very high difficulty of the bosses made me back, but otherwise a great game.

opps... download torrent, you will have .iso file. Then, double click on .iso file, you will see setup file => double click on setup (.exe) file, install.... => After install, you need go to .iso file again, you will see "TENOKE" folder, copy all file in that folder, and paste to your game's dir... Enjoy

I can't play FromSoftware games with my PS4 controller, I always struggle, this time my R2 and L2 are comepltely gone, everything else works fine
I emulate with DS4, I hide the original controller to avoid "double input" and still... no R2 and L2...
