Play with HAWX.exe, don't use HAWX_dx10.
Oh... just noticed this is from a year ago but well, there's your answer!

Extracted the game but an error comes when opening 'setup.exe' : "The system cannot find the path specified." Any help?

Also, try renaming the folder ,where the setup is, to a simple name, like 'Setup' and put it in the first place in your drive.
